The property was beautiful and surpassed what we expected from the pictures. The 2 houses on the property were also great. They were both well kept, clean, and very nice. Amos was easy to get in contact with and his instructions were clear and simple. Had a great time staying here.

Lovely place, very homey and peaceful. Everything you could possibly need. Very clear instructions for check in, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark. Very convenient location if you are visiting Colgate University. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay on the lake. The property is perfect for a family, group or couple. The water access is amazing. The outdoor grill and flat top stove allowed us to have dinners outside with phenomenal views. The communication with the owners was awesome. We brought our kids and had a great time.

A weekend away to celebrate my birthday with some R&R with my boyfriend made this place feel special! We really enjoyed our time at the house a weekend away from the kids was definitely nice. The house is amazing!! Felt so cozy and the view is outstanding!! We would love to come back in the summer and bring the kids and stay here!! The house was everything we could have hoped for to feel the at home feeling! The bed was so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! How fun to have a little game room down stairs! And the hot tub was relaxing! We definitely will be planning a trip with the kids in the summer! Thank you for such a wonderful staycation at the lake house! 💜

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

The place was amazing, the kitchen was great and has everything as far as pots and pans, spices , etc… The location is great, 8 minutes to Cooperstown and all the restaurants And close to Oneonta. Craig and Christina keep the place very clean and we had a little snow and they were on top of it and had us plowed out in no time. I would highly recommend staying at their cottage. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Description is spot on. Believe it has even more than the description. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials. Propane fireplaces that were the perfect ambiance. Could only imagine how great the area is when it’s not a frozen tundra. 10/10 would stay again.

We loved our stay at the Hidden Lakefront. It was a perfect escape from our everyday city environment. Beautiful property and house. The home itself was clean and spacious, very warm for the snowy weekend. I recommend this property for warm or cold getaways!

This is a large, beautiful and mostly well-appointed home in a scenic area and high-end neighborhood. The house is in very good condition with clean and comfortable furnishings. It worked very well for our fairly large group of 3 couples and two adult children. Each couple and child had their own comfortable bedroom with space to spare. It was a wonderful home base for us to visit with local families in the area for holiday celebrations. My only minor issues were: While the seating in the living room was quality, clean and comfortable, it was not an ideal arrangement for the space, and also, while the kitchen was large, clean, new-looking it is challenging to cook for the number of guests the house can accommodate. The beautiful kitchen was not really equipped to the size and standard it deserved. All that said, we would definitely stay again with pleasure.

This house was spacious, in an easy location right outside Cooperstown, clean and exactly as pictured. All the bedrooms were equally nice, heating system worked great for winter and kitchen was great for cooking. Wonderful to have two large bathrooms and showers. We were there during a snow storm and it was super pretty outside as well. Thanks Dave!
