We liked the house a lot -- location and size was great! Wendy was responsive to our questions and needs. There was a little hiccup in the beginning but it was airbnb which needs to work on syncing better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely pick this place again if we drop by Newport. The space was located in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a very relaxing environment. I was delighted to find my favorite Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Although it was too cold to enjoy the garden, it was a lovely space that added to the charm. Laura was an incredibly friendly and attentive host, always ensuring everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when I have plans in the area.

Such a beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great girls weekend away. We were sad we had to leave. Everything was perfect including the friendly and helpful neighbor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in providing a welcoming and well-maintained space for their guests. First and foremost, the listing perfectly matched its description. The property was exactly as advertised, leaving no room for unpleasant surprises. The area itself was spotless, well-kept, and inviting, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect environment to plan a vacation. The hosts truly went above and beyond in their communication. They maintained open and friendly lines of contact throughout my stay, ensuring I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Check-in and check-out were incredibly straightforward, with clear instructions provided in advance. The process was seamless, which I greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

Our week stay was wonderful and everyone had a good time and hope to be repeat guests. The home is about a block to the sand which was perfect for daily beach time and going back for breaks or a quick bite. The home had everything we needed for our stay and the kitchen was easy to navigate. The home is in a very walkable location. However, there are a number of adult bikes for use which will make the experience and exploration easier. Lisa is a very responsive host. We had some issues with finding some of the beach gear (umbrellas and chairs) and some of the gear were broken from normal wear. Lisa was very quick to help us locate the second storage area and we were very grateful that she was very quick to replace some of the broken umbrellas. It made the beach experience that much better with working umbrellas. It's also worth noting that all gear is shared with the unit upstairs.

A great place to stay for us, very close to the beach. The place was very clean, numerous amenties including beach gear and bikes, easy parking and a great location. The hosts were very kind and responsive.

This was our third stay. The first was in 111 around 7 years ago and the last two in the front 109. Feels like home. Having a bike available was a huge bonus. Perfect location for beach, dining and shopping. Very close to our favorite breakfast spot Chuck’s. Super quiet and relaxing, we found ourselves content with just chilling in the bungalow all day.

We really enjoyed our time here. We felt it was kind of tight for the 6 of us. The beds had trundles which was a bit hard for 6 adults, but otherwise we had a really great stay. Ann was super responsive & helpful throughout our stay!
