Leyla was very responsive. Place was neat and clean. I traveled alone so the gated property added extra security that made me feel safe. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! Felt right at home! The hosts were fantastic and helpful!

This was our second stay at Butler Villa. The villa is spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom is large with a large shower/tub and double sinks, the kitchen seemed to be well-stocked, although we only had coffee there in the mornings. We were visiting family in the area so were gone from morning until night but while we were there we were very comfortable. Our only problem was that someone had parked in our parking space in the garage on our last night. I emailed the owner and they responded back quickly with alternate spaces which we could have used had we not already parked on the street. Since we visit the area frequently, we will stay at Butler Villa again!

Absolute gem of a find especially for the price. The entire building is extremely secure— requiring a key pass to enter the garage and a key fob to use doors and the elevator to get to your floor — I will say that if you are coming with someone else and plan to split up, You’ll have to plan accordingly with the one key fob and one key card — other than that, so much to do within walking distance, will come back again if I’m in the area.

This was such a perfect place for our family. We came for a baseball tournament but this house had something for everyone. Clean, beautiful yard, pond and farm animals! We would definitely stay again!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

We had a great evening! East to find and check in when we followed the directions given ;) the unit was very clean, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, plenty of clean fresh towels, and smelled nice!

We had a great stay at this 1 bedroom apartment, instructions were easy to get into our unit and the apartment complex is in a great area, very walkable to all there is to see and do in Broad Ripple. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

Great stay just wish It was warmer but very quiet place good restaurants around the house was very clean and easy to get into and out of.

We were a group of 9 adults coming from different parts of the country to view the 2024 eclipse. The location was perfect as it was in the middle of the path of totality. It is a pretty and tidy suburban neighborhood. this house has a good size lot and open space behind making if private. The house is very large inside with lots of room, lots of beds and lots of activities. Janice is an exceptional host. She made sure we had every thing we needed especially as we were hosting local family as well. We made use of all the the fun things available including the trampoline, laser tag, popcorn machine, the many TV's including a theater setting downstairs with surround sound to watch the NCAA finals. Janice provided sodas and new cookware and glasses, lots of linens, and towels. Janice responded to us in a timely manner and was very friendly and accommodating. Thjs is a great place for families to gather and enjoy each other.

The house on White Tail Run was perfect for our business stay. The neighborhood is centrally well located and less than 45 minutes from Indianapolis airport. The house was perfect in that it was very clean and in a good safe and quiet neighborhood. The host is extremely responsive and friendly. There is a fire pit in a the backyard, I had a nice afternoon staring at the fire. Fall in Indiana is lovely

I can't think of anything that wasn't thought of to accommodate guests? My brother is disabled and they even have a shower chair available. I struggle to find something that needs improvement. The only thing I can think of is the coffee pot for those that do not use Keurig. It needs updating so coffee grounds don't spill over. We were there for memorial for my parents and lay them to rest in the family plots in Pendleton. We couldn't have been any more comfortable and will definitely return for future family gatherings! Thank you for the amazing stay and accommodations!

Place worked well for our short stay - 2 nights. Not many cooking supplies but not a concern for us. Great fenced yard for dog with water view, walking path a plus. Most comfortable king-size bed my husband and I have ever slept on during our rental stays! Discovered broken window in living room which was a bit disappointing.

Most beautiful views. Many decks to sit outside and enjoy. Since coming in March only had one day weather was nice enough to enjoy but was happy we had that experience. Watching wildlife on the lake very peaceful. The top floor master suite is amazing with jetted tub and spacious shower. Game room very fun with ping pong, pool table and air hockey. My mom enjoyed reading some of the books provided. Even some board games were provided. The little den area with the oversized bean bag chairs were super comfortable. Lots of seating in dining area was great. Thanks for the coffee also provided! Provided plenty of extra towels. Was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Many stores and restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive.

Our first time staying in an Air BnB. We had a great experience. Host was very responsive. The home was very clean. Peaceful area, and beautiful view of the water. Close to stores, restaurants, and shopping, everything we needed was just around the corner. If we visit Indianapolis in the future this will be our first choice for accommodations.
