kerries property is a little gem, cant rate it high enough. Location and surrounds are so peacful, even though Chichester is on your doorstep. And there are also good pubs near by. its a great place torelax and unwind. Animals were an added bonus for my grandaughter fingers crosseded we are hoping to come back in the summer.

Thanks for having us in your beautiful home which was perfect for our family reunuion. Lots to keep our toddler and baby happy and we appreciated the extra cot and bed perfect for the children. Well stocked kitchen and great large spaces for dinners and hanging out. Master bedroom was particularly beautiful. Recommended. Very close to Chichester and Arundel.

What an absolutely amazing place! We’ve had the best weekend. We were met By Monty who gave us a quick tour but the instructions were very clear. The photos on the site don’t do the place justice! It’s truly amazing. Great walks nearby and lovely pubs. Home cinema went down well with the kids and the large fire was fabulous to come home to after our walks. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not a party house as it’s full of quirky antiques and heirlooms but it feels just like home.

Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

This was our third time staying at The Barn and we will certainly be back again! We instantly feel settled and comfortable in this perfect set-up. It’s located in the most amazing spot with cute shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Our dog feels super comfortable being there and having the small garden is ideal. Cath is delightful and responsive with her messages. We felt very welcomed and were grateful for the thoughtful touches on arrival. Can’t wait for visit number four!

We had a fantastic few days at Lottie’s place when visiting nearby family. The accommodation was lovely with everything we needed, beautiful views and a friendly dog to accompany our morning coffee! We will definitely stay here again.

Ingela’s beautiful house is located on a quiet farm. There are so much about this amazing house. Rooms are super tidy and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped . There are kids and adult broad games , books. To our surprise, we even played table tennis and pool. Viewing from house its self is picturesque. House is very warm . So can simple have so much fun by staying just in side the house. Ingela has given us lots of suggestions about things to do , place to go, nice walks etc. Nick and Ingela had been so helpful and responsive . It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful house, it was such relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend anyone to come and have a few quiet and relax days to get recharged😉

Thank you Holly for a wonderful stay - we had a lovely long weekend with our children and friends. The barn is beautiful, comfortable, warm and had everything we could need. The space was perfect for us. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend for anyone considering staying here and we would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim and Tilly’s barn. The listing is just as described and in a beautiful setting. We had three generations and it worked well for all. Lots of space, really well equipped and super clean. An easy stroll across the field (via a lovely tree swing) to the pub and 5 mins in the car to the beautiful sandy beach. All round, a great weekend. And Tim was great with communication, suggestions, etc. too!

This is the PERFECT getaway in stunning soundings!!! The pad is set up with EVERYTHING you need and more - Joanna even had breaky goodies for us on arrival. The Fox (local pub) is a must - great food, open fire place and great 🍻 Thank you Joanna and Guy - we LOVED our stay and really appreciate your hospitality.

Thank you for a really fantastic stay! Guy’s Airbnb is truly exceptional - wonderful garden, beautifully furnished and fully equipped space, set right next to the magnificent Black Down. A great base for walks and enjoying a break from the city. Communication was straightforward and some essentials in the fridge and cake left for guests on arrival were a very thoughtful touch. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The Hayloft was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, warm and comfortable, which was perfect for a very grey November weekend. The welcome pack was great and there were lots of helpful notices around the accommodation to let us know where everything was located. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t fault the accommodation. It has everything you need for a self catering break with a clean, modern and luxurious feel. Completely self contained, but within the security and comfort of a private gated home. Wonderful location for easy access to the coastal path for incredible views and relaxing manageable walks to lovely pubs and restaurants making it the perfect weekend retreat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and the hosts were on hand to depart their local knowledge of the area to ensure you make the most of your stay.

A lovely little private space, well maintained and lots of thoughtful details. it is tucked away but we were given really clear instructions and found it without any issues. we arrived late so Janet even left lights on yo guide our way. A perfect little spot, just what we needed!

Beautiful spacious house surrounded by beautiful views of nature, in which we enjoyed walking and exploring the woodland. Lynda was kind, helpful and also provided some delicious hand made treats - thank you Lynda, the cake was yummy. The whole family loved the place, beautiful energy and we felt right at home. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful stay at Danielle’s .It was exactly as described.Very clean, warm, comfortable and a gorgeous location.Also very handy to be able to charge my car.I would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at old farm cottage! We met her lovely horses and very friendly dog Piper! The location was just beautiful and the hot tub was fantastic! The cottage was homely and had beautiful furnishings. It catered for everything we needed. We slept sooo well in the comfortable beds and though there were ear plugs we definitely didn’t need them as we didn’t hear any planes tbh! Wonderful stay and we would recommend to anyone!

From start to finish, Sally was friendly and helpful, welcoming us to her place and nothing was any trouble. The location is beautiful, the space is even better than it looks in the photos and was super cosy. Beds are super comfy, shower is strong and hot and exactly what you need in the kitchen. Lovely and peaceful little retreat, I had a perfect night's sleep. perfect little car parking space right outside the property. I will definately stay again when I'm in the area.

We have stayed several times and will continue to stay here when we visit Grayswood/Haslemere. The accommodation and location is just beautiful. A bus stop just across the cricket pitch makes it so easy to reach Guilford, train to London and other surrounding towns/villages. We love it here.
