Absolutely loved our peaceful stay. Tracey and Mark were very attentive and friendly, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of our highlights was the Italian themed delicious dinner cooked for us! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a mini spa break to switch off.

A lovely little gem of a cottage. Make sure you’re fit enough to walk up and down the hill but it’s worth the effort. Everything you could need and the hot tub was especially welcome after walking the coast path. A comfortable and cosy hideaway in a gorgeous village.

We had a wonderful stay at Shaun’s cottage in Saint Newlyn East. The space was exactly as described — clean, cosy, and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a small family. It was perfect for me, my wife, and our 5-month-old son. The location is peaceful and ideally situated for exploring the coast and nearby towns, yet still close enough to amenities when needed. Shaun was a responsive and helpful host, offering clear instructions and making us feel welcome from the start. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, charming base in Cornwall!

Myself and 2 friends came to stay at Nicola’s Airbnb for 3 nights. We had an absolutely fantastic time, in the most beautiful airbnb I have ever seen😍 The views are out of this world, the property is spacious, so cosy, and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The property is secluded, however in driving distance from some wonderful places. We watched the sunset in Boscastle, visited Tintagel Cove, went to Polzeath, then spent a whole day in Newquay and Fistral beach. Today on our way home to Somerset we spent the day in Bude which was stunning, and loved the Cafe with live music. The hot tub takes a long time to heat up, approx 3 hours the first night, with constant filling with logs & stirring, 2 hours the 2nd night & then we returned back to the airbnb too late to begin heating it last night. Also the description states no towels available however there were towels & a cosy dressing gown available ☺️ Thankyou Nicola, I will be recommending this place to friends! ?

We had a lovely few days away in Nancy’s House and couldn’t fault it at all. There is everything you need in order to feel right at home as soon as you arrive. We really appreciated the wonderful home made cream tea that greeted us after many hours of travelling! We cooked in the house each night so can’t comment on local pubs etc as the whole purpose of our stay was for peace and quiet. It really is a peaceful haven, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with gorgeous views. We walked up on the hills and down to the hidden beach, both were beautiful. The fact that the whole farm, cottage included, is sustainable, and provides for itself, is truly impressive and a testament to the work that Lisa, Piers and team have put into creating it. Take some time to walk up to the willow labyrinth and appreciate the time and work that’s been invested in it - we’d love to see how it grows over the years! All in all a perfect few days away.

Exactly what we were looking for! My partner and I wanted a two night stay in the countryside with a cosy, smart and relaxing place to stay and this is exactly what we got! Kate was extremely helpful from the point of booking all the way through till the end only being a message away if we needed something or couldn’t figure out how something worked! Thank you Kate! The place is lovely and we couldn’t fault it. All the amenities you might need with a comfy bedroom, very smart and aesthetically pleasing bathroom and lounge as well as the nice addition of the hot tub and sauna! With Padstow and other places around a 30 minute drive away you can spend the day out or equally stay at the cottage and relax. No complaints from us and would throughly recommend to anyone looking at staying here. Just book it! Many Thanks, Will & Alice :)

Claire’s beautiful house is the perfect place to stay for a holiday!! It has an amazing location and a fabulous enclosed garden with everything you need for a memorable stay. We loved the hot tub,fire pit and outdoor seating area. Claire has thought of everything in the house… immaculately clean , beautiful comfy beds and a lovely kitchen with personal touches of biscuits and a welcome bottle of bubbly. Claire was immediate with her communication when asked a question. We had such a special and memorable stay we definitely 💯 plan to return!! Thankyou Family Riley xxx

Lovely place, very clean, we loved the decor 🐝! Hot tub is excellent! Great location. Everything is easy to reach. Host is very communicative and friendly. She gave us very good recommendations. I would recommend to stay at her home:)

we've returned from 2 nights at Catherine's place. it was exactly as described in many other reviews. we felt comfortable & enjoyed day trips from here. it perfectly suits 2ad 2ch with a bunk bed & a double bed. the beds were comfortable, the shower was pretty good, there was everything you'd need to cater for yourself (if I was being a real stickler I'd say sone new sharp knives may be needed, but I'm picky with utensils). Also a bbq. for the price point offered, it's a very good deal & we would happily return

Had a great stay, lovely area, accommodation was perfect for us, would consider it again when visiting our favourite part of the world. Plus perfect host.

Came down for a family wedding nearby and location was perfect for us. The farmhouse was cozy, welcoming and spacious. The beds were comfy, so much so we all overslept on checkout morning. Facilities, especially in the kitchen were ideal for us. We would love to come again, next time for longer so we can explore the local area more thoroughly and probably with the dog who missed out this time. Thanks for having us to stay.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

Had such a wonderful time at the cottage. Very clear instructions on how to get to and into the property, it was spotless and Karen was always on hand via messaging to give any answers to any questions we had quickly and prompted. It's a beautiful property with so much character and comfortable beds in a stunning location. Cannot fault our experience and for the accommodation it was incredible value. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Karen for such a wonderful stay!

What a lovely stay in a homely cottage , so much better than the pictures show , it feels like home as soon as you walk in and we felt so relaxed in this peaceful location, really nice walks down into the village and harbour and many many lovely walks with stunning scenery beyond , we could have stayed longer ,there was everything we needed fora comfortable stay and so many cooking utensils and pots and pans that it was easy to be able to cook in the sweet kitchen and looking out of the window to see ducks and chickens trotting around and Sarah and her mum were so nice and welcoming with great local recommendations and knowledge it really makes for an enjoyable experience

Excellent cottage in a perfect location. Jayce and Hannah were great hosts, would definitely recommend to anyone planning at trip to St Ives. I will be back 😊

Lovely place as a base for a great holiday in Cornwall with the family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - our second visit and perfectly situated for visiting our sister lives nearby. We loved the accommodation and found Maria and her husband to be on hand and very helpful. We will book again when next visiting Cornwall.

This house is actually bigger and much nicer than it looks on the pictures. We would love to stay here over and over again!

Loved staying in Bumblebee cottage. We picked it due to it's location and it looked a lovely cottage. It did not disappoint. We travelled around and nowhere was too far. The Quarryman Inn was great. Food delicious and friendly staff. Recommend booking if travelling with a dog like us, as you need to be in the bar area. We had flowers, prosecco and milk waiting for us which was a lovely touch. Would love to stay here again.

I’ve used Air BnB quite a few times now in the UK and have never been let down so far, but I can easily say that River Cottage at Carbis Mill is the best stay I’ve ever had. The cottage is beautiful, clean, with every amenity you could want and feels very indulgent for two people. The outside space is very large and a real bonus. As a host, Adrian struck the balance of being always available but never being overbearing. Just brilliant from a warm and generous welcome to a fond farewell. I really can’t fault anything about it. This morning I was woken by traffic noise and went in my overlooked garden as a police or ambulance siren blared past. I wished I was back at River Cottage.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

Absolutely amazing time spent at Bumblebee cottage! Felt very cozy and relaxed and was very well stocked with everything we could need for our stay! There were even 2 big blankets in the living room for us to use! Julie & Mark were both lovely and very helpful (and meeting their two staffs made the visit even better! Such sweet and friendly pups!) Thank you again for having us! Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area!

A beautiful gem in a fabulous serene location near so many brilliant places in Cornwall. Perfectly furnished and thoughtful set up. Super helpful and friendly host - down to getting the bbq ready for us and being able to hose down wetsuits on site plus lots of great local recommendations - plus very quick responses and let us know we could check in early. Could not recommend enough (except to ensure there’s some availability next summer so we can return!). Exactly what we needed and such a stunning private garden too - ideal if you are bringing a furry friend. Many thanks and hope to be back soon
