Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in West Ocean City

William was such an excellent host! It was so wonderful to get away and stay in this lovely home. The setting is gorgeous even in the off season and the neighborhood feels quiet and close knit. We had a couple of issues (things you'd expect in an old home) and William was so quick to send out a handyman . He was very invested in us having a lovely stay and I can't wait to start there again and encourage my friends to stay there as well!

Josh is an excellent host! The house was incredibly clean, spacious & perfect for our vacation - it’s close enough to the beach and far enough to be away from the hustle & bustle. There’s lots to do in the area, too! We biked, kayaked, spent a day at the beach & enjoyed our nights at “home” grilling and enjoying the pristine backyard. The home was well-furnished, comfortable & as described - well worth the cost!! Josh was available, if needed, and even checked in once (on the app), to see if we needed anything. 5/5 recommend - we hope to visit again!!

The house was beautiful, well kept up, clean and furnished nicely. The location was perfect since it was near to the beaches and activities that we wanted to do in the area. Loved the big kitchen and our doggy had a great time running around in the fenced in backyard! Sharee was easy to communicate with and she provided very helpful information about the area, especially about places to eat. I would highly recommend this home to others.

Loved everything about this vacation! Clean, quiet, friendly neighbors, location! A quick walk to the beach, 7/11, or even mini golf! We didn’t find public access to the Bay but there’s always next year! Tabitha is a gem! Always a quick response, extremely helpful & kind! I can’t thank her & her husband enough for sharing their home with us! This vacation meant the world to me & we felt immediately comfortable & at home! Thankful for the extra amenities - grill, bikes (kept the younger son busy!), the beach items were amazing! We hope we have the opportunity to make this an annual trip & become “regulars”!

We loved staying at John and Holly's place. The inside was very spacious and clean. Large televisions in every room, and even one outside. The view was beautiful right on the canal and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit Ocean City.

We had memorable days in this cozy home, it's a quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood. On the other hand having a playground in the yard was a real plus for this place, my kids loved it. Beach is so close and there is a huge supermarket near house (6 minutes drive) that you can find whatever you want. I had any questions, Elizabeth was always available with her kind answers and they were so flexible regarding check in and out. Thank you Elizabeth for everything, your beautiful home will stay in our memories forever.

The Laurel House is the only place we've ever stayed that we felt 100% comfortable the moment we walked in the door. There were even lights and decorations up for the season. The gated front porch and fenced back yard were secure and definitely enjoyed by our dog. 100% dog friendly and safe! Wi-Fi information was inside the door right in front of your face on the dining room table when we walked in. The kitchen had everything and anything that you may have forgotten. Plenty of cooking equipment. No missing pots or pans or can openers. All of the bedrooms had plenty of storage space, lighting, and side tables. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms had plenty of linens and soaps. Great water pressure and no sulfurry odor. With two full size Sofas in the living room, it was a perfect spot for a recovery nap. The TV worked well and we did not have issues with the wi-fi at all. The beach was a short stroll away and the neighborhood was safely walkable anytime of day. Wonderful Airbnb!!!

We had a great stay at the Koi house, very nice and neat place. Had the perfect amount of room for our group. The backyard and fire pit were very nice as well. Very clean also

This is a wonderful listing that was exceptionally clean, easy check-in, close to the beach, and Jarrett responded quickly to any inquiries we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to visit Ocean City.

Outstanding communication and the stay was 100% as described. Beautiful place and the sites were amazing. I highly recommend Violet and her property! So very welcoming and clean! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

My husband and I stayed here for a music festival, and it was perfect! The home is tucked away from the noise of Coastal Highway while also a close walk to many restaurants and shops. We could easily bike down to the boardwalk, and had the best time exploring. Kayla was super responsive throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

This condo was clean, neat and very peaceful. Ocean view was breathtaking gated to go back home. The area had so much to do, so many restaurants and shopping centers. This was by far one of my favorite places to stay… especially that ocean view… loved it!!! I will be going back in the future!!!!

Very cute, cozy place. It was a great location and walking distance to boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again for future trips to OCMD.

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and perfect for a short stay. Everything was very clean and the host had great communication.

This was a great place to stay. It's on the north end of Ocean City, so we'll removed from a lot of the touristy stuff. Really great access to the beach that had lots of open space and absolutely no crowding. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

This is the 3rd time we stayed with Kendra and it was a pleasure as usual. The location of the condo is great within walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf and the beach. It sits in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is well furnished and has all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

We booked this spot for a long weekend mid-winter getaway. It's exactly as pictured and described - beautiful, comfortable and spotless. We didn't get to use the balcony as it was too cold, but the view of the bay and docks is great. It's also convenient to everything. Would absolutely stay again.

Really have no complaints about Jen’s place!!! There is so much space, it’s very cozy and homie. TVs in every room. The deck is so cute to sit outside and play some games or eat breaker/dinner. You have two parking spots, access to the beach and many restaurants around you. The bus stop to take you to the boardwalk is not a far walk either so you have unlimited access to everything you need. This was my first time back to OC MD in a long time and Jen’s place was the right place. 10/10 and will hopefully be staying again soon 😁

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and perfect for a weekend stay. Close to some great restaurants and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Allison was great at communicating with me throughout my stay and the instructions before check in were easy to follow. Would stay here again!

Jodie has the most perfect Airbnb. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and in a perfect location. She’s also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
