We had a wonderful stay at Michael's stunning home. Really appreciated all the small touches that made it such a nice stay -- a welcome basket with goodies from local places, cute decorations, etc. The fenced-in back yard was awesome for our dogs, and we're grateful that they were allowed to join us. Thanks so much for a great stay!

It's a really nice house in a gorgeous neighborhood. Plenty of space and great bedrooms. The host was very responsive and even shoveled the walk while I was at work.

I was in town for a week of work. Great location from where I was working. Very quiet and peaceful.

The Howard’s home was perfect for our stay with our three dogs. They communicated well with us. The home was clean. The backyard was completely fenced which allowed our dogs to stretch their legs. We will gladly stay again as it fit all of our needs.

This was our second stay at Lisa's place. As before, we appreciated the ease of check in, the cleanliness, the quietness and the clear instructions for checkout. The weather wasn't conducive to hiking the trails on this visit, so we hunkered down and played lots of board games and online puzzles with our grandson using our computer and HDMI cord. The wi-fi worked well. We enjoy cooking our own meals and had everything we needed to do so. The 3 of us had a lovely time. Thank you, Lisa.

The cottage is such a special home, and you can tell so much love and care has been put into it. Came here for a writing retreat and found it to be the perfect space for calm, focused work. Proximity to town is amazing, very sweet neighborhood, and Kipra was very helpful and communicative. Will definitely be back :-)

We stayed for a week at Mayra’s place over Christmas while visiting family in Kettering. It was a very comfortable, quiet and spacious location for us. We even had my extended family over for a meal, and everyone liked how we were able to make the space cozy and comfortable for my parents, siblings nephews and nieces. We also did a decent amount of baking and were pleased by how well the kitchen was equipped and the availability of very good grocery stores within 10 minutes. I’m also a jogger and I took advantage of our location to have several long runs through South Park, the Oregon District, up to the waterfront and over by the Dayton Art Institute. It was such a wonderful way to experience downtown, and I could reach it all on foot. (Be sure to check out the little pedestrian bridge over I-35 behind Emerson Academy that will take you right into the Oregon District!). Great stay and we hope to come by again.

Mark, was attentive. Any issues that arose he communicated promptly. It was a great stay for my family. We were all grateful and sent Mark some ideas to enhance customer experience. Very minimal. Great place to stay.

I’ve lost count how many times we’ve stayed here. This is a great location, always super clean, comfy beds and check out instructions are kept to a minimum.

A great place to ring in the New Year! Our group of 10 had a great time play games and hanging out. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Tyianna had the place decked out for Christmas down to the last detail. She was quick to respond to our needs and is even mailing an item that was left behind.

Absolutely loved it! The entire house was so cozy and relaxing. It had everything we could possibly need from seasonings, snacks, and games to extra comfy blankets, toiletries, and towels for the hot tub. They really thought of everything! Plus, they decorated it very well. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at this wonderful Airbnb in Yellow Springs! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy and inviting atmosphere that I felt at home immediately. The host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The location was perfect, tucked in a serene area yet conveniently close to all the charm Yellow Springs has to offer, including its quaint shops, vibrant art scene, and amazing hiking trails. I especially appreciated how peaceful and quiet the property was, making it the ideal spot for relaxation and unwinding. The outdoor space was another highlight, with its picturesque views and a lovely seating area where I could enjoy my morning coffee.
