A lovely & peaceful location which was conveniently located for us to visit the Bridgnorth area. We found Rob really friendly & knowledgeable and very welcoming! The accommodation was beautifully clean and tidy with everything we needed & made all the better by the tasty breakfast items supplied for our arrival. We certainly hope that we can stay here again in the future!

The property was gorgeous and well looked after. Stunning modern decor and furniture. Very modern bathroom with a rainfall shower (great for someone as tall as me!). The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in much later than planned (which we are very grateful for).

I stayed here with two good friends to attend a wedding nearby, and it was the perfect spot! It’s super cozy, tucked away in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, and had everything we needed, from a spacious bathroom to a lovely lounge area to a well-stocked kitchen (with teabags and a coffee pod machine). Philip and Sarah were both welcoming and helpful, with clear communication throughout. Would recommend!

I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very comfortable, with everything you could need. The area seems nice and safe, walkable to city centre/train station and a quick bus ride to the university. It's worth being aware that you can clearly hear the people in the upstairs flat (footsteps, phone alerts etc) but I sleep with headphones in so not too much of a problem for me.

Clean, well presented, comfortable and always a great stay! Tom and Jen are great hosts!

What a brilliant little haven to stay in. I was attending a wedding at Donnington park farmhouse and this gem was just down the road. I’m not used to travelling by myself, but Liz’s emails were really clear and helpful and friendly, the place was clean, cosy, had everything I needed and felt safe and homey, whilst also being surrounded by fields and open space. Two lovely friendly Labrador’s also gave me a bit of fuss to make sure I wasn’t missing my own dog … and some fresh eggs and milk and bread and jam were provided, which meant I was completely self sufficient after a long journey, I couldn’t ask for more. if I’m down again I would absolutely stay again and if I’m with the family I’ll definitely book the barn for all of us.

Great place near to beautiful Malvern Hills so this makes an excellent base for a walking weekend. Malvern is also a lovely town with great cafes and restaurants. Dee’s place is exactly as described and she very kindly left us milk for tea and coffee and biscuits!

Cute annex on a gorgeous property that met our needs. David and Carina were attentive hosts and we’ll be back!

Kathleen (Kotti) could not have been more helpful and friendly. Her accommodation was beautifully presented and immaculate, with parking on the doorstep. The road was quiet. Underfloor heating was a luxury. No unwritten drawbacks. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Great place to stay in Stratford. Cosy and self-contained. Close to Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and within easy reach of the town centre. The Bell pub and Bobby’s Café both close by and recommended. Would definitely stay again.

it was lovely to stay with Christine, we felt like part of the family, the accommodation was lovely and we had everything we needed. Christine went above and beyond. Clean bedding and towels each week. Little treats for my son. We would come back any time.

Can't say enough good things about Kirsty and Ellens place, it's warm and cosy and in a lovely quiet area. Everything was really clean and well thought out and its rare to find a place that offers total privacy at an affordable price. They even left some chocolate for me on arrival! Very convenient for Northampton town and love that i had my own private spot to park. Would 100% stay here again.

Place was as described, easy check in and private. Ideal for my week stay at uni. Extra chocs and wine went down a treat, thank you!

Great place great host and a great price

What a great place to stay if visiting Worcester/Malvern, owned by lovely, generous hosts. Spacious and comfortable studio with a compact, spotless bathroom. Very well equipped with everything one might need for ashort stay. Neat little kitchen area with microwave, kettle, egg boiler/poacher. Understandably there is no hob, because the kitchen is in the room. However, there are plenty of pubs in the area and an excellent breakfast is provided by Vicky And Ben. I will come back when I next come to work in Worcester 😀🙏

An excellent stay in every way, comfortable, quiet, with a top quality bed and a lovely garden view. Host are very welcoming, available and accommodating. Residential area close to the center.

Spring vale is a regular stop for me and it is always a pleasure to return. It is recently finished to very high standard and Helen is by far the loveliest host I know.. 5/5 always..

We have stayed here before and returned because Penney's place is perfect for when we visit family and friends in Rugby. It's really clean, cosy, well appointed and conveniently located near to the town centre. Penny is really helpful and communicative and we'll be back again soon. Many thanks

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Comfortable warm and cosy accommodation in a quiet street. Spacious bedroom and ensuite. We were able to cook simple meals with the amenities provided. Next time we will experiment a bit more!! Everything appeared to be provided for what we needed for our bed and breakfast and a few chocolates was a nice touch!! We were able to walk into town and to the Wyre Forest despite the hills and steps which may not suit all.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the annex. Pristine and had everything that you need. Very private and the annex is very warm too, which is lovely in the winter months! Would happily stay here again.

The accommodation was well appointed and close to the town. As we are big coffee drinkers it would have been nice to have had mugs instead of cups as the cups cooled quite quickly and slid on the saucers. Nearby street parking did not prove to be a problem. We will certainly book again next time visit family in Hinckley. Thank you Emma Louise
