Cottage vacation rentals in West Lulworth

We had a wonderful stay at Timbercombe Lodge. We especially loved the big hot tub which was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the house, and the coffee machine! The beds were comfy and the house well provisioned with everything we needed for our stay, and more. We met Dan, the gardener, who was super friendly and kind, and Iveta was also very kind and generous in her messages. Thank you again for a fab time.

Booked on behalf of two contractors, host was super helpful and made life easier for everyone. The place is what you see on pictures and everything was clean and tidy

Perfect for a winter weekend getaway. Accomadation and contents as listed, clean and in a pleasant setting. Would recommend and return in future.

The cottage is delightful and had everything we needed for a very comfortable and cosy stay. We were made most welcome by Jocelyn and David who were lovely to talk to and made sure to check we had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning again one day :-)

We had an amazing time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday with close family and friends. The cottage is in a wonderful location and we really enjoyed the hot tub and games room in particular. Communication was excellent and Angela and Steve were extremely helpful. Thank you!

Our stay at The Bothy was such a treat. All Chrissy’s thoughtful touches were much appreciated and made for a perfect, relaxing stay. We loved the hot tub, wood burner, and the beautiful walks from the door. Highly recommended

Amazing find , perfect location and everything was as described. Comfy beds, clean interior and amazing attention to detail. Lovely homemade bread on arrival was delicious and even a treat for our dog. We enjoyed the hot tub all over our weekend! We will be back. Thanks so much xx

Enjoyed our stay in Weymouth. Sally's place was far enough out to be quiet but still close enough to not be a burden. Would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed a very beautiful and peaceful few nights in this wonderful location. The cottage itself was amazing both in the finishes and the historic charm. We walked around the ground and checked out all of the horses, alongside feeding the very friendly birds - my 4 year old daughter really liked it. During the evenings we had a roaring fire in the living room, and greatly enjoyed cooking with the Aga. Hilary is a great communicator and very responsive, I would absolutely recommend this place and we look forward to returning

What a wonderful cottage and Wimborne is such a lovely place. Loved the fireplace and the fire was welcome on a cold night. Beds were particularly comfortable. The half bottle of wine was a nice touch. Many thanks.

Lavender cottage was perfect for us, it’s in a great location, good takeaways, near the bus stop and great walks on your door step. The cottage was spotless , well equipped and very cosy a real home from home. Julie was an excellent host, we definitely would love to come and visit again!

We had a wonderful two night stay. The cottage was exactly as described, immaculate and cosy. Paul was a great host and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break in the New Forest.

Stunning countryside, warm and welcome cottage, great facilities, fireplace, kitchen living rooms all neat and warm design. Great beds, wonderfull bathing towels bath and shower. Super to have stayed in the garden cottage for the second time. Thanks everybody!!

We absolutely adored Kate’s place. It was homely and small and perfect for our quiet getaway. There are so many little details that make you feel right at home. Kate was friendly and responsive and everything was clearly described. There’s a little folder with things to help for every appliance. The only thing is it gets a bit chilly at night time so take an extra blanket! Everything was so cozy and lovely, we can’t wait to come back!! Xx

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful little cottage, amazing grounds to walk around - kids loved the zip wire. House is really well thought out - especially for kids. Hazel was a fantastic host.

I was visiting with my friend and her two year old daughter and Lucy-Ann could not have made the cottage any more comfortable for us, the toys in the child’s room were perfect. It was New Year’s Eve while we were there and the decorations around the cottage were so beautiful and festive. There was even a welcome basket with all the ingredients for a festive cocktail (which was delicious!) The kitchen is so well equipped and clean. The bathroom was spotless and the beds comfortable. At one point we managed to lock ourselves out and Lucy-Ann was so kind and quick to get us back inside - which we greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this cottage and we would definitely want to book again in the future.

By far one of the best stays we had! Greeted by warm fresh bread, to cosy comfy setting in the heart of the forest. The ammenties are modern, clean, really do not hesitate to book here. Our favourite part is you literally walk out the gate onto forest on your doorstep. We will definitely stay here again soon.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They offered the option of an earlier check in which suited me perfectly. The place was clean, warm, cosy and in a quiet location, close to where I wanted to explore. It was everything I needed for the trip away. Thanks once again!

My daughter and I had a super enjoyable stay with Wendy. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated inside. One of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in, as it was so well equipped inside, everything had been thoroughly considered. Wendy was super lovely and welcoming, also very helpful. Although we are super local it felt like a special treat to stay for the weekend. It’s a great spot to stay in, peaceful and beautiful countryside.
