Decided to stay there for new year’s eve and entertained by the view that this unit offers which is Jakarta’s fireworks. My family and I were so happy as the place is not far from some major malls in Jakarta. Will definitely consider this place in the future!

Great location, cozy room and close to good amenities. Nova is great in communication and also very respectful. The building staffs are also polite and attentive. Overall, great stay in busy and lively Jakarta.

We’d give Hendro’s place 6 stars if I could. It’s the best and cleanest apartment in Jakarta so far. The quality of appliances, furniture, and facilities were excellent, and it’s within walking distance to the mall. There were plenty to do at the apartment’s Clubhouse, e.g gym, billiard room, indoor or outdoor pools. The only negative thing was that the apartment was a bit small for 3 people. But other than that, everything else was great.

Ria was very helpful, friendly and fast response, her place also very clean and comfy, thank youu for the warm hospitality ❤️

Our stay at Hans apartment felt like a staycation within a vacation! The building is equipped with all the amenities and then some that a 5 star resort would have. We rarely found we even needed to leave the building as everything was so convenient. The location is awesome as it is close to the city center with many restaurants open nearby for quick ordering (grab food) . Hans was an extremely responsive and easy going host who didnt hesitate to accommodate our early check in or late checkout requests. Will definetely be back and highly recommend ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Makasi Hans!

Amazing stay. Wonderful host and the caretaker Mr Joe is super pleasant and helpful. The unit is very near to Grand Mall and Plaza Indonesia! Also near to FF Gym at BCA building next to Grand Mall. Many great restaurant nearby. Thamrin Mall is just next door for batiks or anything similar. The unit is as described and beyond. The private lift is just AWESOME!
