Vacation rentals with beach access in West Devon District

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

I made a last minute booking due to having an urgent meeting in the area the following day. Tina was responsive and got me booked in quickly. The place is right on the seafront with amazing views, you also get your own parking space. I arrived at the place around 9pm and left by 8am

Susan’s place was so beautiful. We’re so glad to have stayed there. It was nice and cozy and had everything you needed to have a nice and comfortable stay.

Had a brilliant new year break at Helens apartments, the whole apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed, the lovely open plan kitchen diner living room with large sofa and chairs was perfect for our two small families to gather, had lots of really good information from Helen about the area, which was very helpful. Everything is right on your doorstep nice short and long walks, shops, pubs and restaurants the car didn't leave the car park. I would highly recommend the apartment and am looking to return ourselves for another stay.

We would happily stay here again. Was a peaceful and comfortable stay. Lovely to have a cuppa or a glass of wine whilst watching the waves. Great location, good walks, restaurants and shops just around the corner and managed to get parking each day. Very comfortable bed and nice and cosy.

Beautiful immaculate apartment with amazing views. Vibrant location with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops open even between Christmas and New Year. It was easy to get into the apartment and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

A fantastic apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable and the location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and village amenities. We’ll certainly look to stay here again when we are visiting Woolacombe.

Such a lovely place!! Quite hard to get around if you don’t have a car but the walks come with amazing views. We ate at a few places in town and the food was amazing and the people were so nice, will definitely think about visiting again in the summer. The actual villa was exactly like the picture and it was so clean and organised. Colin was a lovely host and provided us with amenities that we did not expect but we were so grateful for.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

So lovely, I don't want to leave, or to leave a great review because I don't want to share this find with anyone else! I could sit and look out of the windows forever and even though the weather was not very kind to us we still had a lovely time. Really comfortable, cosy and warm, thoughtful touches, home from home.

A really fantastic place to stay. Every member of the family loved it. This was a house that you wanted to hang out in and felt really home from home. High quality and immaculate. Loved the location and the peace and quiet!

We have had a fantastic week at Beachside! Beautiful house and garden just a few meters from the beach and sea! The house was extremely clean and very spacious! Des is a fantastic host, very clear instructions and recommendations and a kind gift left for us too… we would definitely look to return to Beachside! ☀️

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was fantastic. We loved the hi spec kitchen for the only meal we cooked whilst there. It was a home from home. Only being a brisk 5 min walk from the promenade was a bonus. Near to restaurants and shops too.

Lovely house in a great location. Host was brilliant and helpful. Even had the log burner ready to go so we just had to put a light to it. Which was very welcome with a red weather warning! Ping pong table in the garage was an extra plus. We all had a lovely stay. Would Definitely stay here again.

Lovely view from living room across the sea. Excellent place for a stop on a coastal walk. Graham was really accommodating and flexible with check in to allow for our walk.

Very beautiful views, the accommodation was very clean, stylish and private. The added hot tub was a lovely addition. Alongside the lovely gifts left by Lisa. Would 100% recommend and already looking to book again in 2025.

Fabulous position. Great little flat. Tremendous views and everything within easy walking distance. Perfect for our three night getaway. Cannot fault the owners instructions, communication and general cleanliness of the flat.

Second time staying at Emily’s lovely apartment. Superbly located, see views and really quiet. Great to be able to walk to the seafront in minutes. We will be back next year!

Just come back from 2 days away at Waves . It was lovely. Much bigger than the photos make it look . Immaculate in every way. Very clean and well presented. Loved the mince pies, cream and milk . Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Great location for the beach , town and train station. Would love to return in the summer.

My partner and I spent 4 nights at Shirley’s apartment over New Year. We had a fantastic time: the apartment was really warm, cosy and well-equipped and Shirley was very helpful, giving us clear instructions and leaving lovely touches like biscuits and wine. We really enjoyed exploring the local area, walking to Woolacombe from the flat and to Combe Martin along the South West Coastal Path and getting buses back (we left the car at home and managed to get to the flat and around the local area easily using public transport). We also loved the fireworks by the theatre on New Year’s Eve and stumbled across a brilliant open mic night at a local cafe. Would really recommend this place!

Becky was a great and responsive host. The property was fantastic and location was brilliant.
