Vacation rentals with breakfast in West Busselton

Very lovely lady and also cook big breakfast for the guest. Location is close to town centre and quiet neighborhood.

The owner really friendly and generous. Such a lovely couple 💕 Me and my family enjoyed our time there, if we visit busselton again this place will be our first choice, highly recommend.

Great place for family gatherings very spacious. the kitchen has an abundance of crockery and glasses and cooking pots. The welcome food baskets were full of great things much appreciated

We had everything we needed for our weekend in the Cape Naturalist region. Rachel is a lovely host and we enjoyed the quiet evenings on the veranda overlooking the Tuart forest (after watching the sunset at the beach).

Booked Yati’s place last minute and it turned out to be a wonderful stay. Yati was so friendly to us and cooked us delicious breakfasts every morning. Bonus to the 3 cats during the stay that kept us entertained!

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless - clearly a lot of care and attention has gone into making it a welcoming space. We really appreciated the little extras like coffee, tea, pantry staples, and breakfast items, which made settling in super easy. It had everything we could possibly need - fully equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, books, board games, you name it. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect too - right by the beach and close to great wineries and shops. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. This place is now saved to our favourites and we’re already hoping to come back sometime soon!

Thanks Jo and David for sharing your world with us. The only thing that would have made it more comfortable for us was having a bench to prepare food or serve up. It was great to use the bbq since there was no hot plate . Tony survived without the coffee plunger by buying coffee out but would be a helpful edition. Thanks again

Shirley’s place was wonderful and she was a very nice host. The apartment was cosy, peaceful and furnished in a good style. Only down side was that cooking facilities were a bit limited with only one cooking plate and one small frying pan. Would definitely recommend it!

We loved staying here! Super lovely little flat which was really clean and cosy. Capel was a lovely quiet town too, nice and close to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Our host was really helpful and provided us with some great local recommendations

A very peaceful, private and relaxing space. Very well appointed and an easy walk to Caves House and the beach. Chilling outside in the evening with a glass of wine amongst the birdlife was heavenly.

What a delightful stay! The home is lovely, surrounded by beautiful gardens that create such a peaceful atmosphere. Dirk was an exceptional host—always helpful and happy to have a friendly chat, which made us feel so welcome. And the breakfast?! Absolutely exceptional! .. From the stewed and fresh fruits to the homebaked bread and Dirk's very own honey, it was a treat we’ll remember. Highly recommend this charming retreat!"

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Close to Margaret River town for easy convenience as well as being very close to Prevelly beach. The bed is super comfortable and the bath tub was the cherry on top. Their breakfast was divine and the outside patio area was super nice and relaxing. Pam & Dirk were lovely owners and their dog was the cutest. I highly recommend the stay.

Super convenient to book and locate. Very comfortable place with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Very comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Very clean and tidy. The host has thought of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for convenient and comfortable accommodation.

Comfy, clean and private. Priced well.

comfortable bed and pillows. self serve continental breakfast including an espresso machine was a bonus. while on a main road, there is no traffic noise as the apartments are built around a courtyard out the back, well away from the road. we wouldn't consider looking for an alternative if we were back in Bussleton.

Wonderful stay! Plenty of privacy, and a great base to explore Dunsborough and all the way down to Augusta!

Absolute hidden gem of a place. Beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings combined with elegantly decorated and comfortable room with ensuite. Will definitely return for a longer stay.
