Beachfront vacation rentals in West Bay

Fantastic spot! Loved that the rental came with a shuttle! The bar and grill on site is amazing and the beach is perfect for watching the sunrise! Kitchen utensils are minimal but we didn’t cook a ton so it was fine. Heads up there isn’t an ice maker but there’s ice downstairs! Absolutely loved it here and Kierra was so responsive and helpful!

Selina’s place was so awesome. My fiancée and I stayed her for 3 nights (Fri-Sun) and it could not have worked out better. There are a handful of great restaurants and shops on site that we frequented throughout our stay and it was super easy access to the beach. It is a prime location and very close to restaurants and other attractions. Definitely would love to come back here!

Our family had a fabulous stay here! Very easy check in with Kristine, the apartment was squeaky clean and well appointed. It was modern and just as advertised. It was a great location! The beach is right there across the street...a very beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach. You really can't beat that. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach bag was all provided. Being able to go downstairs to the amazing Greek bakery in the morning to get lattes and pastries was perfect. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants. We ate at Mario's which was an amazing experience, Mykonos and Island Naturals. Great food and cocktails. There is also a bar, Door No. 4 which we didn't get to but it was happening and fun when we passed it! And a very easy taxi ride to wherever we wanted to go. It couldn't have been better. We would highly recommend it and can't wait to return. Thank you!

Perfect place to enjoy Grand Cayman. Close to beautiful beaches and a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. We especially loved Cemetary Beach. The unit was not fancy but very comfortable and had tons of helpful amenities. Tricia, the host, was very friendly, super responsive and very helpful with local recommendations. I definitely would stay again!

The online guide book before you go was very helpful.Questions were answered in a very timely manner. We absolutely loved our time here.Everything we needed was in walking distance.The subway was a 2 minute walk,the liquor store was a 3 minute walk and the famous heritage kitchen restaurant was 3 minutes too. We ate at the heritage restaurant 4 times,the fish was so fresh and good.The Fosters grocery store was a 5 minute walk and had hot and cold food stations to pickup food,very reasonable priced. The beach right at the end of the road 3 minutes and not a crowded beach.The chairs and umbrellas and towels provided by the host were great to have. I did bring earplugs for the roosters and they definitely helped,they are all over the island so you can’t really get away from the roosters.Was fun to watch the baby chicks running around. We used the public bus a few times and was great and easy to use.We used a taxi to and from the airport. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay

We just returned from a six night stay at the Grove. The condo was immaculate & well appointed. The location was perfect, right across the street from a beautiful beach. We had beach chairs, an umbrella, towels & a cooler bag for the beach. When we needed a second umbrella we were given one immediately. We can’t wait to return next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. This location is far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to enjoy all the island has to offer. The home was perfect for 2 couples and gave all of us plenty of room. Mary communicated well and helped us handle a couple of minor issues. This is our third trip to GC and we have stayed on Seven Mile and in Bodden Town on our previous trips - this location was the best so far.

Superb location, space, and host for a private and quiet escape, while also being a block away from the beach, delicious dining, and grocery store. All amenities as described, easy to use, and unobtrusive to the living spaces. Lots of room to move around, spread out, and be comfortable… Our family of five adults fit comfortably and without constraints… Highly recommended!!!

This was our first trip to the Cayman Islands and we were extremely happy with our accommodation choice! The unit itself was perfect and had everything we needed, wanted, and more. Having nearby groceries, restaurants, and a liquor store was a plus. Getting to the beach was very easy and they had everything we needed for the beach. We also took time to enjoy the pool. Overall, a great place to stay.

Nice place. We were comfortable here. Excellent kitchen and pool. Excellent communication. Definitely a view of Seven Mile Beach and it was near Seven Mile Beach. If you are a diver, this is a great place to get picked up. It was still being cleaned after check in time, but hey, they were on island time. Would recommend and may return some day. We had an incredible stay at Don's place in West Bay! Very modern and clean, beautiful views, conveniently located for diving, snorkeling, restaurants...all wonderful experiences! We will be back someday!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Not a single complaint about anything. We would come back and stay here if ever visiting the Caymans in the future. Thanks for always checking to see if we needed anything. Thanks so much!! Carol Lindsey

Great place to stay. Lovely view towards the sea. Peaceful and everything worked. Having keypad security entry was great as no worries about losing any keys! Compared to many rentals on the island it was priced just right as then I could afford hire of small car to be able to visit 7 mile beach, camana bay, other restaurants and places of interest. I liked having the communal pool to cool off in. I’d definitely try renting this apartment again when visiting Cayman.

Eileen is a great host! The location does require a car and it’s very easy to drive around the island. The place is clean and beds were very comfortable. I visit the island often and would stay here again!

Beautiful condo, extremely clean, nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and seating in the living room and balcony, nice quality toiletries provided. Three beach chairs and 5 sets of snorkeling gear also provided. We loved the pool & hot tub and having coffee each morning on the balcony while enjoying the amazing view. The West Bay Area was great, not too touristy but close drive to everything on Seven Mile Beach, including favorite restaurants Bonny Moon and dining at the Kimpton Hotel. We also loved Nova and Vivo for dinner, both very close to the condo. We didn’t walk anywhere due to the lack of sidewalks. We took taxis (definitely more expensive than Uber in the states but we were too nervous to drive) and also used the “bus” (vans) that came by the condo frequently, only $2.50 per ride. Loved our stay overall and hope to return!

This was our 2nd time staying at Sean's place. Everything was great again! Definitely would stay here for our next visit.

This was a very comfortable place to stay- very convenient to the beach, some restaurants right in the complex, and a small market there, too. The place was bright and very clean, and the balcony was a nice place for a morning coffee, though there was coffee, smoothies and a bakery just steps away. The bed was comfortable. We heard music from the restaurant/bar in the late evenings, especially on the weekends (as noted in the description), but we did not find this bothersome. We appreciated the chairs (note - chairs, not loungers) and beach umbrella in good condition. Communication was quick and easy - very little needed as everything was in working order. Overall a great stay, and we would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us!

Enjoyed our stay while here for a pickleball tournament. 7 Mile view was a smaller condo without large crowds and plenty of access to lounge chairs and pool. We appreciated the peacefulness of the property. The property manager (that also cleaned) was handy if you had any question or needed anything. I did some snorkeling with water shoes right off the property which was handy. My wife is a long distance beach runner and easy access to 7 mile beach was a bit challenging but we found access. Hint: Take local streets to marine park (ocean access path just before a large cemetery). If you just want to sit on a nearby beach, there is a very close sandy beach with park access where you can enjoy the sand and a nice swim. Overall, I wound rent again.

WOW! What a fantastic family vacation spot. We spent a week here with our family. We have two little ones and Jayne was so accommodating. The best host we have ever had. Packn play set up when we arrived. She gave us great recommendations. She helped us unload our car and was so flexible with our arriving and departing. Reasons we love this place, the views are unreal, the deck, the beach, the snorkeling, the location is perfect to everything you will want to do, close to amazing restaurants, easy drive from airport, and is very walkable. The beach is right out your door. We saw so much snorkeling right out in front of the house! We will definitely be back!!! Also so fun to meet the other people vacationing and who live in the other condos. Super friendly perfect beautiful spot. Thanks Jayne!!!!

This was a perfect place to stay for me and my husband. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool area had amazing views of the ocean and 7 mile beach. It was very peaceful to hang out by the pool. The West Bay beach is also only a few min walk. We enjoyed how quiet the beach was and we did see lots of fish and a stingray while snorkeling there. We would definitely return!

From check-in to check-out, unit 2 was perfect. Our hosts were responsive to our questions and needs. The place is plenty spacious for four adults even though we only had two staying this trip. The second-floor unit was large, well appointed, and clean. The beds were comfortable. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean facing southwest. We appreciated access to the storage locker for our scuba gear so we did not need to lug it upstairs daily. The in unit laundry was great. Full size stackable machines meant no dirty laundry in the luggage back to the States :-) The building felt safe, as did the neighborhood. This was the perfect place for us to recharge our batteries and relax on vacation. Normally we race around getting as many dives in as possible but for whatever reason our entire friend group found relaxing on the NW end of GC exactly what we needed. I look forward to coming back to GC and will definitely fit my next visit around the availability of this unit.
