We had a fantastic stay at Alix and Taj's property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Alix and Taj were wonderful hosts—helpful, friendly, and responsive. We loved the thoughtful touches like hotel-style bathroom products, fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even ramen (a big hit with the kids!). There were plenty of towels, adding to the comfort. The building lobby had a beautiful perfume—we even asked the concierge about it, though they didn’t know the scent. The location is unbeatable, with Southbank attractions nearby and easy access to public transport. We stayed over New Year’s and enjoyed a stunning view of the fireworks from The Shrine Celebration Zone—an unforgettable highlight! Highly recommend staying here, and we’d love to return. I had a wonderful week in Anne's cosy apartment: it really felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent: so close to the city and at the same time just a couple of minutes from the beach front. Next time in Melbourne, I wouldn't hesitate a minute to return to Anne's place (if it were available).

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. Many thanks to Kate and Linsay.

This was my second stay in Tikali's wonderful apartment, and will be my favorite home to return to when I come to Melbourne. Perfect location for my work, stunning apartment offers comfortable stay. Not to mention the view! Best kept secret to share with you!

Jenni’s apartment is well located and the building had all the amenities we needed such as parking, pool, gym and tennis court. I particularly appreciated the nice sheets and soaps in the bathroom. Thank you for a nice stay

Colin was an excellent host. Communication was great, he even opend the appartement for us prior to the usual checkin time. We had a perfect week at his place and can absolutely recommend it.

My girlfriends and I booked Charlotte's place for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The garden is just gorgeous, and we loved the easy indoor/outdoor flow from the large living area. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was also a big bonus having two bathrooms. The local speciality supermarket is amazing - make sure you check out the deli section! With great coffee only a one minute walk away and the tramline close by we found being here so relaxing and easy. A definite must-stay if you're heading to Melbourne.

Great apartment, modern with great fittings. Good location between restaurants, cafes and the river (great to walk along into the city). The only drawback was the construction opposite, but we were aware of this before we booked, so didn’t impact us too much and outside of the control of the host! Would happily stay again if we come back to Melbourne.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

We had a 3 night mini vacation, with our dogs. Jolene was a super host, and accepted our 3 dogs to stay. We spent most of the time at the dog beach, and the accommodation was exceptional for us with a secure undercover concrete outdoor space (where we spent almost all of our time). The unit was bigger than I expected and had everything you need. A few reviews commented on the noise, but it really isnt an issue (and im a light sleeper). We shared the space with son and partner and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again, so many great dinning options, and literally accross the road is beach access. For our personal stay it was to take the dogs to the off leash dog beach, which is only 5 min down the road, so perfect location, easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay, and i did get to meet Jolene and she was extremely welcoming and made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend, and as reviews have said, yes the shower pressure was amazing, especially after beach day

Kali’s house in Fitzroy feels like you are really staying in someone’s home. If you like that sense of belonging to an area, this is a great place to stay. Very close to parks if you have a dog, which was fantastic and walkable to the city. I would happily recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne for a short or long stay. X

We were in town for business meetings and the location in Richmond was perfect. Louise and Ross were very helpful and friendly, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Great spot. :)

Very nice apartment, well fitted out and in a handy location for St Kilda. Lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants. Quiet apartment considering busy location. Geri was very helpful. Would definitely return for another stay.

Beautiful iconic Melbourne warehouse. Had all the amenities you would need. Very spacious and lots of toys to entertain the kids with. Location is great, short walk to train station and trams. Erika and Chris were super friendly and great hosts!

place was great and had everything we needed at a reasonable price. The kids loved the farm animals and were kept entertained throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the outskirts of Melbourne

wow That's great! aswome! It is such a nice place. You can take the tram right away and go to any tourist destination quickly. He communicates fast and the airport shuttle service was so good. He recommended many places in Melbourne. Melbourne is a wonderful city. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy the trip. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people.

Julie was responsive in communication, the accommodation was very homely, suited us perfectly - absolutely packed with kitchen supplies, linen clean, excellent walking distance to CBD and south Melbs market. It was perfect for our quick weekend visit. Within the free transit zone so get around was very easy. Will def stay here again. Highly recommend. Michael was very friendly and quick to respond to our queries. Personally welcomed us and showed the apartment.

Great location, 300m from tram, 500m from train station. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed, toiletries were a nice touch which made the place feel more luxurious, outstanding communication - best I’ve ever had with an airbnb host. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or a couple.

Excellent location on the Southbank with views as advertised; in fact everything was as advertised. Natalia was very quick and responsive to our queries. Small grocery next door and a supermarket a couple of blocks away so you don't have to spend every night eating at Melbourne's great restaurants! Pleasant walk to Flinders St Station, public transport in this city is great. Loved it!

Nahla’s place had everything you need in an Airbnb. Fun and responsive host, great shower, comfy bed and a location that could not be beat. It delivered as promised. Everything about our stay was great. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
