The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room. We welcome pets here, please bring only 1 pet per stay! In case you would like to bring more, please contact us before booking. The river Fulda is directly next to us, with direct access. You can swim, try stand-up paddling or just enjoy the landscape after your bike tour or after having explored Kassel.

Ein kleines Haus, wohnmedizinisch ausgebaut. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich das Doppelbett auf einer Galerie mit einem Blick über die Werra bis nach Sooden und zu den Bergen. Das Schlafsofa, eine kleine Küchenzeile und eine Essecke sind so gut aufeinander abgestimmt, dass der Gesamtwohnraum groß und einladend wirkt. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und mit Blick auf das Werrawehr. Ein Paradies zum freudigen Erholen. Nebenan wird gerade eine Clownsschule und ein kleines Café eröffnet.

Quarter over the bridge

The apartment was ecological. Core refurbished aspects and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the noise of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows the apartment offers a fantastic view of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional Cleaning and energy package.

A 2022 renovated, cozy two-room apartment with access to the city center and in a direct location to nature awaits you. If you stay at this centrally located property, your family will have all the main points of contact nearby. The property is a 5-minute walk from the city's best beer gardens and restaurants. Our most popular hiking trails and mountain bike trails are just a 15 minute walk away. Shopping is within walking distance in 200m.

Rural living in the countryside, ideal for active people

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and current technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Wald, Münden Nature Park), cycling, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. Bikers are also Welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/ bicycles.

A place for a particularly sustainable stay and vacation: you rent the upper floor in a house about 100 years old, completely renovated after a long vacancy. Travel by train and use the existing bikes (good transport connections also by car). Tennis, fishing, canoeing or excursions by train to the surrounding towns (Melsungen, Rotenburg, Kassel) possible. With its own jetty! Apartment cabin

Wonderfully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house renovated in 2017 in Guxhagen. The house has a plot on the Fulda with jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda Bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bicycles are available for our guests.

Lake view apartment

Our bright 70sqm apartment with balcony and lake view is comfortable and modern for 2 people. From the balcony you have a direct view of "The Eye of the Eichsfeld", the Seeburger See, which you can also walk to in a few minutes. Mini golf, tennis and other leisure activities are in very close proximity to our apartment. The Seeburg gastronomy is also quickly reached for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Historic half-timbered house

The guest apartment is on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufunger Waldes and below the collegiate church. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
