Frances was lovely to work with. She provided fantastic recommendations. We enjoyed our stay in Palm Beach Shores, FL. The home was very clean and organized. It was also stylish. It was only a 7 min walk to the beach. The Riviera Beach Area was nice with restaurants and shops, volleyball court and tennis courts. We are looking forward to staying again (hopefully next year!). Lester is a great host. The house is amazing. Great space for the entire family of 9. Feel like the house could handle more guests. Very convenient location to the beach in a great neighborhood. The pool, hot tub, and kayaks are great. Definitely recommend exploring the canal with the kayaks. Would stay at this house again. Thanks Lester for everything.

We loved the location and the apartment! We initially had trouble getting the air conditioning to work and our hosts sent someone to look at it and then called a repair person to fix it within a few hours. Very responsive! It does not have a work table/station or kitchen table to work from, so if looking to work remotely, this may not work comfortably.

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

Petr is a marvelous host! Beautiful property and Donna is an amazing person who makes everyone feel at home. The location is great. Short walk to the beach or just hang by the pool. This is the place I go , in Florida, to chill and regroup. Seaview is the only place I'll stay!

We had an incredible stay here! Jeff and Annmarie were super responsive and made everything so seamless! We were down for a long golf weekend and it was the perfect house to relax in and enjoy our downtime. The backyard was really clutch with the pool (temperature was perfect!) along with the firepit and outdoor TV. We enjoyed the pool basketball hoop, too! The house was a perfect setup inside - plenty of room for three of us and would have been able to accommodate alot more. The bathrooms were spotless and the appliances were all updated and worked perfectly. Thanks for an incredible stay! We’ll be back!

LIVED our stay here. What a great location! The beach access pass was perfection and makes it so easy to get chairs and an umbrella and food service right on the beach. Definitely would stay again.

This booking and these hosts saved our vacation. After having a nightmare of an experience at a West Palm booking, I found this listing last minute and jumped on it. We showed up to a Ben’s house in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to the beach (even with three kids!) The house was so well kept. The pool was pristine and was the highlight of my kids’ vacation. I am BIG on linen cleanliness and how comfortable the beds are and this house delivered. We slept so well here as a family! The house was spotless, kitchen fully capable of cooking meals and the backyard an oasis. It was so close to a large variety of restaurants and the hosts even gave us a gift card one night to a delicious taco place after we helped them out with a last minute house tour. The things that are important to me when traveling with my family are feeling safe, feeling as peace and feeling taken care of. Ben’s listing was truly the best backdrop for a vacation that had a very rough start!

This location was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described - very lux and very quiet. It was a treat walking only 5 minutes to the beach, having a private pool at the home and being provided every kitchen tool/gadget imaginable. Nick and Lola were very responsive to communications before and during the stay. Lola not only talked me through a hiccup with the code to get in (user error, both times!!) but she proactively offered to increase the pool temp if it was chilly; it was, so that was much appreciated by everyone. The house manual was particularly helpful. Some locations require ridiculous tasks prior to leaving like striping beds or staring laundry, but not this one - it was lovely to simply drop the towels in the bathroom and that’s it. We were so relaxed all week and bummed to leave. Highly recommend - we can’t wait to book again!

From the moment I booked, they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Every little detail was thought out, from the comfy beds to the well-stocked kitchen, making it feel like a true home away from home. I would recommend the place to everyone and definitely look forward to staying here again!

We were all together for our sons wedding in West Palm, so the family liked the spaciousness for our gathering. The house was clean and well equipped. The beach was in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and we'd definitely come back.

The house was beautiful and well-kept. We loved the location - close to bars and restaurants and also to the beach. Zenon was quick to respond and Virginia was very helpful and stopped by and introduced herself. We absolutely loved it and would love to rent again.

The cottage's location couldn’t have been better—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to fantastic restaurants and local attractions. Our Thanksgiving stay was perfect, having our college kids together, relaxing and reconnecting away from our busy life in NYC. Great place to stay in Delray Beach. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, and shops. We were there for work so we didn’t venture too far but it was nice to make a quick trip to the beach on our time off. Ryan was great and timely with all communications. This place was everything we expected and more. The location was great. The house was beautiful and spotless. The kitchen is immaculate with upgraded appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware. We were a group of 6 picky women in our 60's who can normally find something to complain about but not here. This place was amazing. We actually are looking to book this place again in the near future. We had a few question about our departure and we reached out to Lee. As others have stated, the location is perfect. The beach is very close and a number of restaurants are also within an easy walking distance. We happened to stay during the weekend the St Patrick's Day Parade was happening and we had a perfect view from right out in front of the place. I would stay here again as Giedrius was a great host and responded immediately when I had a question. We loved it!
