The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Quiet residential area in the middle of gardens. Walking distance to Kochelsee, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or one more person.
