You are looking for a retreat where you can work undisturbed and relax in a stylish atmosphere. Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to Messe/Stuttgart Airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Right on the A 8 with its own garage. If you would like to shop, you will find all shops, food, organic shop, bank, pharmacy, drugstore within walking distance. In 15 minutes walking you can reach a forest and hiking area.

Spacious, bright vacation rental in the countryside

My accommodation is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very beautiful historic half-timbered town. The center is 15 minutes walk away, a bus stop practically at the front door. Herrenberg has a very good connection to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a wide range of leisure activities begins right near the accommodation. My accommodation is very suitable for couples or for families with children, but also solo travelers are welcome.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in 90sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and passes seamlessly and fence-free directly into the Schönbuch nature reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos), no barrier-free entrance to the apartment possible!

Comfortable 2-room apartment

Schönaich is conveniently located near the A8 and A81 motorways. Stuttgart Airport is about 16 km away and 25 minutes by car. By public transport (VVS), the surrounding cities and the S-Bahn are easily accessible by bus. From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7-minute walk. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
