We had a great stay at David’s loft for our short weekend trip. It was very cozy and easy to feel at home there. Had everything we needed as far as amenities and facilities, loved that there was water, coffee, and snacks provided. The location was also very convenient with lots of restaurants around and a great little corner store right next to the building. Fairly quiet for a city space too. David was also super responsive and helpful as a host. Would definitely stay again!

Don is a top notch host, and his place is great. He was extremely flexible with some scheduling changes that we needed and was proactive in checking to see how he could make the stay better. I would 100% stay here again and stay at any property Don has.

I can't say enough good things about Lisa and her rental...Lisa has curated her loft condo in a way, such that the space is artful, interesting, and yet, quite functional. (The actual place is more attractive than even her wonderful photos!) The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cookware and dishes you might need. The living room area is comfortable and quite nicely designed. The room with the bed was so cozy...we felt held all night, plus the bed was super-comfy. Every night, we looked forward to coming back to her place and enjoying her art and amenities. As for Lisa herself, she is a gem! The purpose of our trip was to meet our new Grandson, but we wanted to explore Detroit a bit too. Lisa provided great recommendations for various sights to see in the area, as well as good food establishments (Detroit Institute of Art, Fisher Theater, Grandma Bob's Pizza). Lisa's communication is clear, helpful, and she responded immediately to any of our questions! A Must Stay!!

We had a good time staying at Joseph’s , everything went easy and smooth.

This is a beautiful loft in a great location right next to Eastern Market. We came into town for the Lions game and were pleased with the easy walk to Ford Field and other downtown attractions.

Arian was great and responded quickly. Checking in was a breeze. The loft was really nice and the projector TV was pretty cool. Great host, great place, great location, great price. If I ever come back to Detroit I will definitely book this place again. Five stars!

The apartment itself was great, it had an amazing location and was quite spacious with everything you might need available in the apartment. Sharon was extremely helpful and vedy easy to contact as she was very responsive. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We LOVE staying at the spaces in this building. They’re unique and the ladies that take care of it are always so friendly and helpful! I would for sure stay again!

Absolutely loved staying here. Lauren was great with helping me with anything I needed and responded in a timely matter. Everything looks just like the pictures very cozy place to stay. Loved that this airbnb is smoke friendly. I would recommend this loft to anyone and I will definitely book again.

We loved it at Chanavia's place. I love that it was 420 friendly that was my favorite part! She had games for us to play as well. Directions were clear and easy to find. Good food around too.
