Loft vacation rentals in Wayne County

Very comfortable and clean. Small restaurant within walking distance that is open for breakfast and lunch. Not a far drive to Downtown Detroit or you can order an Uber without a long wait for pickup. Definitely will stay again if available when we are in the area. Ms. Ingrid was very responsive to messages and gave very clear instructions on check-in and check-out.

This loft is great for accessing downtown Detroit and I really appreciated the free parking. The kitchen is really well stocked. The hosts generously answered my questions about the area and gave great recommendations for bars and restaurants.

Our experience was great, comfortable accommodations, that were just as described. A clean space with unique features, and a view too! A very nice host. Margaret prepared us prior to our arrival of the details, which eased anxiety and helped us feel welcome. She was quick to respond, went above and beyond (leaving treats) and meeting our every need. We will be back when we find our selves wanting to watch the Red Wings again and spend time in the motor city.

Don is a top notch host, and his place is great. He was extremely flexible with some scheduling changes that we needed and was proactive in checking to see how he could make the stay better. I would 100% stay here again and stay at any property Don has.

I am always looking for unique airbnbs to stay in as part of my experience when I travel. This place is spacious, has really interesting decorations like colored lights and unique furniture, it is comfortable, and in a good location. The host was extremely courteous, helpful, thorough, and responsive. I would live here if I could! I will definitely be going back!

This is a very comfortable loft apartment in a renovated factory that can easily accommodate up to four adults. Parking is right outside the door (a car is need to get out to do stuff). Kitchen, bathroom, and tv are all fine. It’s quiet and peaceful at night, making for great sleep. Georgia is an excellent host. This is well worth the stay.

Great stay at the loft. Adam was always quick to respond and went out of his way to help me change booking details late at night before my trip. Very open and clean space with lots to do. I’ll be staying here if I’m ever visiting Detroit again.
