We had a great stay! Looks exactly like the pictures and the place was clean. There were lots of restaurants, cafes, and 7/11 around the area. The host was very responsive and attended to our needs. I would recommend this place.

Martin and Jasmine’s place is located just a stone’s throw away from one of the most liveliest areas in Bangkok - although they have created the ideal environment for groups of friends or families to come and spend time in Bangkok. What stood out the most in the house was its relative peace and quiet, and the space that allows for large groups to relax and spend time together. The amenities listed in the booking all worked perfectly well, and the hosts provided complementary airport transfers and regular cleaning services which were all highly appreciated. Our group of 10 had a very nice time here, and would recommend to any other groups looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Bangkok. Thank you Martin and Jasmine!

Such a great place for the family and friends. Very rare for this type of place in Bangkok. Front yard is really relaxing after a day exploring the city. The mattresses are super comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Great for long stay. Sometimes we are tired of eating out everyday so this place is perfect fit for us. Will definitely come back again when we are in the are.

Michael’s home was a beautiful place! Very clean house with all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. The area was free of noise and bustle of the main areas but still very short travels to local attractions and restaurants. We booked last minute and they still had everything set up for us upon arrival! Highly recommend for any big groups that are looking for a great place to stay!

Kim’s place was great. Plenty of space for my guest and I. The pool was an added bonus and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to utilize. Location is awesome with lots of restaurants, supermarket, and other establishments around to explore. I would 100% recommend this place to book.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa! The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and the clean rooms made me feel right at home. I particularly appreciated the easy access to the city, making it convenient to explore all the local attractions. This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

The overall check-in experience was very high, especially the nanny and the housekeeper, and in addition to the accommodation, it was nice to help us resolve some of the trouble caused by the inaccuracies of the travel language.There is also a full bed comfort score, listen to the butler say that the boss has cleanliness, so the hygiene requirements are very strict, and my friends and I are satisfied with the overall stay, and we have agreed that the water festival will come back! Great stay for our large group. Yes, while the walk to the public transit can be a bit far (very do-able!), the boat ferry (Khlong Saen Saep) is barely a 5 min walk away and you take it one stop to the MRT. Housekeeping was there every morning cleaning the common areas. Everyone loved the pool. I do wish we had separate pool towels vs bath towels - BUT when I asked for an iron or steamer they brought one immediately so I'm sure we could have asked for them! Great stay for a large group.

Really unique place, we had so much fun

The room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the boss is Chinese, very warm, introduced us very detailed tips and food, the location is good, and the neighborhood is very convenient.

What an unexpected luxury it was to stay at Nittaya’s beautiful place! The “Green Lung” neighborhood is lush and tropical, but with all the access and activities of Bangkok. We thoroughly enjoyed going to the market every morning and then lounging by the pool all afternoon. Nittaya has equipped the house with every possible comfort, and we immediately felt settled after we our rather hectic journey. We also felt well-looked after… Nittaya offered us many suggestions and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. If you are looking for proximity to the city, without the traffic and crowds, this is like a little slice of island life in the heart of a metropolis.

The place is nice and cozy, with greenery and comfortable seating outside, Electronic mosquito repellents were provided too, bathrooms were functional. 100% recommend if you are traveling in a big group and want to enjoy the time together too.

The location is good, convenient transportation, close to Thonglor, a lot of interesting small shops and cafes, the host is very considerate and prepared coffee biscuits and tea bags, the house is very comfortable, each room is a private bathroom, very convenient

We had a great stay at this house. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and is perfect for a large family to stay. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful and very quickly resolved issues we had. A few things to note: - Lots of mosquitoes (as in all of Bangkok), better if you keep all the doors closed as there are nets on the windows - It is a long 22 minute walk to the MRT station when it is very hot! (Taxis were generally our choice) Kids loved the pool and the billiards table!
