We absolutely loved spending a short holiday here. The location is definitely the best part. It’s private and the surroundings are breathtaking. The house itself is beautifully decorated, it feels very homely and comfortable. We would love to go back some day, it is a place we will always remember. Definitely the most memorable Airbnb we’ve been to!

We loved our stay at Derryn’s place! It looks exactly like the pictures - private and peaceful. Obed and Faith were very friendly and helpful. The place is very well equipped with everything you need. The attention to detail that went into the design and set-up of the place is amazing. The farm is great for hiking, and we saw giraffes, zebra, and wildebeest. I can highly recommend this place!

Our stay was fantastic. Waking up to birdsong in a most tranquil place was a truly special experience. We will definitely visit again!

Palala isa great place to relax from the stress of normal life. Nicely tucked away next to the palala river you can go for great walks, explore the surroundings by car and have a nice braai in the evenings (or at any time you like). We were here for the third time and will come again next time in SA.

Super friendly people everywhere! The view was beautiful and you could walk the whole place, with so many animals to see. Very peaceful, warm pool and pet friendly. We had an amazing stay!

Sometimes getting completely OFF THE GRID and spending time with family and friends with no distractions, no wifi, no cellphone reception, solar electricity and a donkey geyser, collecting freshly laid eggs in the morning etc is so good for the soul. What an amazing place for a break from our busy lifestyles, a working farm/game farm with wildebeest and farm animals on your stoep, at night light a boma and watch the stars and milky way and listen to jackals in the distance, I will remember this getaway for a long time 🤩🙏🙏🙏

What a jewel of a place. Magnificent natural son reg around you,jy wake up with that mountain-savvy from your bed. A perfect place for a spirit of tunting tyd together and just to enjoy each other again. That swimming pool is baieflik for toddlers and ouer children. Theirs from those eggs was excellent and those workers were friendly and helpful. With that Marekele National park there naby, those stepping stones on that plaas and that other soaring act protein that is accessible, those children were never bored. Sal for the only person who recommends place and definitely visit again.
