Was clean and the AC was amazing. Check in was great. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Lots of space. Bad area of town.

Great location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and walkable to the lake. The condo is spacious and clean and the gas fireplace made evenings relaxing and cozy. Peaceful park near the Hyatt to walk. Quick communication with the owner..Definitely would stay again.

Traci's place is quiet and comfortable and is a great basecamp for enjoying all that Incline and the surrounding area has to offer.

Kathy and Leo were very gracious hosts! Their home was cozy and spacious and offered my family a wonderful and cozy experience for our ski holiday. We are so thankful for their hospitality!

This property is ideal for a stay in the Tahoe area. Owner was a great host and the space was absolutely perfect for our family! We would absolutely rent again!

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanna's place. She was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions and her home was perfect for our weekend getaway. I would recommend her place and look forward to staying there again ASAP.

We stayed at Katherine’s for a night en route from Oregon to Bishop. It was a cozy spot for the night in a good location-a close drive to a few of our favorite spots in Reno-the Patagonia Outlet and Food Coop. We were grateful to bring our dog and for the fenced yard. As well as for a high chair for our little guy. Katherine had great communication which made for an easeful stay. Thank you!

This house is unbelievable! The pictures don’t do justice! The views of the lake are even better in person! The lake looks so close! The house is very big and spacious. Very clean too. We felt very comfortable. Worth the money!

Great stay! We got lucky and had snowfall right before our stay so the kids were able to sled right in the backyard the whole day. The area is beautiful and had lots of options for restaurants. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bill & Helen's condo. Helen was a perfect hostess, checking in with us to make sure everything was OK, arranging for a mid-stay cleaning because we stayed a month, making sure we were warm enough during an unusual cold snap, and just in general being a really sweet person. The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking item we needed and we cooked in a lot. It is very comfortably furnished and we felt right at home. The Raleys is an easy walk, as are many restaurants and even the lake. We used the complex tennis court & hot tub which was close by. Music on the beach was a fun activity. I would highly recommend this condo. We loved staying in Third Creek so much that we are buying a condo there!

Boyd's house was beautiful and very spacious. I stayed with my husband and 2 daughters and we loved the house. It would have easily fit 2 four person families. The kitchen had enough utensils, pots/pans, we could cook breakfast and make coffee every morning. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer, we only used the dryer but it was a great amenity when traveling with kids. The house is walking distance to Drink Coffee Do Stuff, several restaurants and Raley's for groceries. We would love to stay at Boyd's house in the future.

We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

We had a great time staying there. The place is so spacious yet we all felt really at home. It is only 20 min drive to Northstar. We didn’t do much cooking there but the kitchen equipments were pretty easy to use and all functional for coffee, toast, etc. there was a large grocery store nearby for a snacks for 3 growing boys.

This was a great base for skiing. The shuttle to Diamond Peak goes right by the condo complex and Mt. Rose is just about 15-20 minutes away. Condo was very clean and well-stocked. One piece of advice - check the pantry before you go grocery shopping, many basic items (e.g. coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil) were already there.

Loved this condominium. Super close to the ball fields and supermarket. Beautiful location and nicely appointed. Very cozy for our family evenings in. Plenty of things to do in town though. Thank you so much for a great trip!
