Everything about this place was wonderful. It was centrally located to Poughkeepsie and was with 15 minutes of everything we hoped to do. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, and private with lots of homey touches that made it extra comfortable. We particularly loved the robes that were provided and the comfortable king sized bed. Delia was extremely responsive and proactive in communicating with us prior to and during our stay. We highly recommend this place for a cozy getaway in the Hudson Valley.

Cannot thank Stephen enough for taking care of us after a major mess up. We were able to get in and relax and enjoy. So grateful for all he did for us on a graduation weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sally’s cozy apartment! It is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Sally was very responsive and caring. The beautiful views out of our bedrooms onto the garden and the wide open landscape behind it were major treats, especially on the morning after a heavy snowfall. We found everything we needed and more than expected - and hope to be back one day! Thank you very much, Sally!

Quiet and out of the way place

As great as it looks in the pictures, they don't quite do justice to how beautiful and unique this place is. Took full advantage of the Sauna and highly recommend if you need a quite retreat!

I reached out to Carol after we had been in a horrible Air B&B situation in a near by town.. She accommodated us on the very day we needed to check in. Her place is stunning! And very charming. The views are to die for. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend her place. Also, snacks and essentials were left for us and plenty of coffee! I will never forget the beautiful view sitting in the family room overlooking lake.

We are grateful for the time visiting this magical place. The grounds are unbelievably gorgeous, as if out of a story or a painting, with different spaces to walk, sit, read or play catch. The pool is warm and lovely with an adjacent shared pool house space offering a shaded sitting area, a restroom and sauna. Hibiscus House is spacious, comfortable, incredibly well appointed and featured decor and small touches that belong in a design magazine. Every detail or potential guest need was considered and covered with the planning for this home. Lisa was communicative and responsive leading up to our arrival. She met us and provided a great tour when we arrived and checked in while we were there. She went above and beyond as a host and we are so appreciative.

I rented Kristen’s house to celebrate my bday w friends and we had a great time! The house is beautiful and spacious. I would rent it again for sure! Thank you Kristen!

We had an amazing time staying here! Denise was very helpful and kind as we came there to move my daughter into the Culinary Institute of America. I highly recommend staying here. Only minus was that Uber and Lyfts were hard to get after 9.30pm. So we rented a car and that made everything so much easier and probably cheaper!
