Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Warrnambool

Great location, beautiful view over the river to the sea, close to Gateway Plaza, lots of space inside and comfy beds. Jayde was very quick to respond to any of my questions.

Great spot in the heart of Warrnambool, walking distance to main street and short drive to the beach.

This was our 3rd stay at The F Project with a large group and just as always, we loved our stay. Jane the host is fantastic in making the process easy and is always about to say a friendly hello. Will look to come back again in future.

The most beautiful stay I’ve ever experienced! It’s worth it.

A very comfortable, very well equipped home. The patio was a lovely place to sit and read, watch the stars come out and/or listen to the birds. The outside bath was an extra special treat, it was so lovely to lay back and watch the night sky. In addition it had additional seating and a table where we ate each evening. It was only a 10 minute stroll to lovely beaches. There was an excellent range of shops only a few minutes drive away. We can recommend the Aquazone 50m outdoor pool to anyone that likes swimming, it was a 5 minute drive. We can recommend the coffee and breakfast at Bohemia on Kepler St. Jennifer was a great host responding quickly to any questions.

Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and local attractions. Neatly presented property with flexible check in time. Parking was a bonus.

Wow!!!!! What an absolutely amazing stay at Matty's incredibly opulent and spectacular home. Super plush pad, totally private, and with that breathtaking view of sunsets and sunrises daily, in awe of the paradise he has set up. Awesome location, and the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Matty was so responsive and insanely generous with offers of late check out, too. Legendary home run by a total legend, will def be back!

Helene's accommodation was perfect for us. It was spotless, the King size bed was a bonus and linen was lovely. Bathroom was large and super clean. Spa doesn't work but that wasn't a big deal for us, it may just be out of action at the moment but that is in the description from memory. We loved that it was quiet, parking off the road and had all we needed for our visit to see family. We hope to stay again. 🙂 thank you for providing a nice place to stay.
