Beachfront vacation rentals in Wareham

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

We had an amazing stay at Jason and Cynthia’s beach house! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a fenced-in yard—perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is unbeatable, just steps from three great restaurants and a short 20-minute drive to Newport for day trips. The town itself is charming, right by the water, with that classic New England coastal feel. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jason and Cynthia were fantastic hosts—responsive and thoughtful. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a convenient home base to explore, this place is perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Driftwood cottage is a beautiful place to stay. The views are stunning and the location is very peaceful. It was wonderful to experience both the serenity of the cottage and the excitement of Newport (a pleasant 35 minute drive). The place was very clean and cozy. I hope to come back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay. Met Phyllis upon arriving and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. We all felt right at home. The place itself was great for our group of friends and being a minutes walk from the beach was ideal. Would absolutely stay here again

We absolutely loved Peter and Sally’s house, especially the front porch. We spent all of our time out there watching the world go by and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for family movie nights. The little beach across the road was perfect for our quicker beach trips (we have an 11 month old). I was worried about noise from the road but traffic really dies down at night and we hardly noticed it during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The place and location were great. Dave definitely was a great communicator and explained everything prior to arrival. This was a time share so the facility has no reflection on Dave’s reputation. The deck and the pool were the only things that could have been cleaner.

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! Hosts provide excellent local information and were incredibly communicative. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Tony’s house was perfect for a long weekend getaway with family. There was plenty of space and the indoor pool was a plus for the kids with us. The outdoor fire pit and views overlooking the ocean were great. The beach was a short walk from the house, very nice to take a family walk there. Tony was very responsive and helpful - we would highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

It was the best place for my family and the other families who were with us to spend some quality times together. The beach house is very spacious, beautiful with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Adults and kids had so much fun in the family room and with the games that were already there. We created some great memories and bonded so we'll at the house. This is definitely a 5 star Airbnb. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you for everything!

Windsurfers Cove was exactly as pictured and described. The house was immaculate, extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The location and scenery was perfect! Absolutely peaceful! The host Jonas was very prompt with responding prior to and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

We had a great week as a family in Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our family of five and provided a really nice home base each day. The beach was about a 5 minute walk straight down the road and the supplied beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We were able to pick up groceries from the local Stop & Shop on our way into Sandwich and cooked at the house multiple times which had plenty of cookware for our needs, including the outside grill. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again.

Gina and Steve's beach house is a gem right ON the beach! I love staying at quiet seaside places during the Winter season and Gina and Steve's beach house has quickly become a favorite destination for me. The beach house is well-maintained and clearly loved as their own (as opposed to flipped rental properties), the view is an unmatched and unobstructed panoramic seascape through all of the beach facing windows and from the deck. The sounds of the sea are equally unobstructed with no competing sounds of traffic and the like. Truly a private and nature-connected experience. Check-in is easy and well-communicated and communication in general with the hosts is quick and always friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here, and I'll be visiting Gina and Steve's beach house in Fairhaven again as soon as possible!
