This cabin was just perfect for a rustic feel, yet had many modern amenities like the tv and streaming system so we could settle in to a movie at night after skiing and skating all day! We loved the western sun overlooking the beaver pond. The price seemed fair and even a touch better than last year during our stay over MLK weekend. If you want a down to earth feel for the north country, this is it!

Just as described. Great place to stay for snowmobiling. Lake access right off driveway. Plenty of sleeping options, kitchen has everything you need.

Accessibility is a priority for me so having a zero entry entrance for wheelchair access was great. There is a single step (about 2") from the main entrance to the family room on the main level. Kitchen unfortunately was on the upper level, however, we were able to make do with some adjustments on our end that didn't impact qaulity time for dinner. The yard was navigable in a wheelchair as well and was able to get to the pier. There is a lot of amenities for entertainment for everyone, like ping pong, cornhole and darts. There's also a decent size play house that was thoroughly enjoyed as well. The lake is pretty shallow where the dock is, and a lot of lily pads so shore fishing was difficult without the correct lures. You can find panfish and bass, too. DNR unfortunately doesnt have too much info on the type of fish in this lake, however, thats what I saw. Host is communciative, responsive, and flexible within reason of any requests and felt greatful for them for it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Leon’s cabins. They really thought of everything in these cabins and we had more than we even knew we needed. I cant say enough wonderful things about Leon who was such a thoughtful host. The cabin he built was absolutely beautiful. We loved every inch of it. His property was so private and peaceful. We have never said we would want to return to an airbnb until now. We cant wait to book again. Thank you, Leon for the most perfect stay!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. We had a great time fishing, eating at various places and traveling the North Shore.

The house was beautiful and spacious for 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids 10 and under. There was plenty to do for all the ages. The trails around the property were great and clear even with major snow drifts and wind covering footprints. There were sleds and snowshoes and a great sledding hill. The seating in the common areas was nice for a group and the fireplace was a nice feature we all enjoyed. The kitchen had everything needed, which was great! Brandon was a friendly and helpful host.

What a great place to stay! A groups of girls and I rented LeAnn's place for a cozy bachelorette party in the middle of winter -- and the house did not disappoint. Great places to gather, plenty of spaces for quiet time, and an incredible kitchen that made cooking and chatting all the more fun. The additional space in the (heated!) shed/barn was so lovely for games and and a change of scenery without ever having to leave the property. LeAnn was responsive and flexible and kind -- a dream host!
