Located on the ground floor, the apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture-inclusive of a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/ or work remotely (office chair, 24 inch monitor, etc.). The property is on the first line of the sea and is in one of the best locations on Norderney. On about 32m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out- 3-seater sofa.

Dune Lock 28 right on the beach

The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment currently has to be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which does not include the cleaning fee (see additional costs) of 120 EUROS and only the cost of 40 EUROS for bed linen and towels is charged under "Fee for bedding" (information under "additional rules").

Our accommodation is located 500m behind the dike on the Wurster North Sea coast on a farm. The apartment has a separate entrance and is offered all year round.It is possible for extra beds or cots. The apartment (about 45 m²) is located on the first floor (please note the steep stairs) and can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room (sofa bed) with kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.
