Apartment vacation rentals in Wan Chai District

I enjoyed staying here briefly on a layover in Hong Kong. Great place to stay in a good location. Marc was very responsive in his communication. Only a few minutes walk from the MTR. Amazing views from the balcony. The bed was comfortable.

Tin was very helpful and responsive to queries. Even before I booked her place, she reponded to all my questions. The small kitchen and washer was a plus in case you will be staying for more than a week. The unit was located near resraurants, bus stops and the Wan Chai MTR.

Fantastic stay at Pete's place. We had an issue with the electricity but Pete responded immediately and got it sorted. This was our second stay and we will be staying again 3 times this year. Great place to stay in Happy Valley.

The house is consistent with the photos, clean and comfortable, with complete living facilities around it, and restaurants, markets, stations, and parks are nearby; the owner is very friendly and responds quickly. Five-star accommodation, I highly recommend~

Tom’s place was cosy and clean. It had everything we needed for the trip. We are a family of 5, with an elder and a child, so the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom configuration worked well for us. Having the lift without climbing any steps was also a plus. The beds are generally comfortable, but only the single bed mattress is fairly thin. For light sleepers, do note that traffic noise is inevitable. The washer/dryer available helped a lot with our laundry. The location is excellent, close to bus and tram stops, MTR. Walking distance toTime Square, Sogo. We also managed to walk to a nearby promenade to catch the Chinese New Year fireworks! Tom was very responsive, his instructions were clear and checking in and out was fuss free. We didn’t have to worry about losing keys with the keyless access too! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Small but got everything I need. Location is good. As mentioned by other comments, the upper floor is table tennis training room so sometimes there may be ping pong sound, but other than this, it’s surprisingly quiet. The heat water can only last for around 5 mins but they got bathroom fan heater as well. Room owners are nice and helpful.

The Apartment location is in a strategic Area, not far from public transportation and Restaurant/Mini Market. The Process of Check in/Check Out so Easy and Flexible. The room was clean and complete with equipment, Paul even added a bed so my child could sleep comfortably. Overall Paul is a great host and the apartment is amazing, I hope will come back again someday.. Thankyou and Happy New Year

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay in while exploring the city, look no more! The location is so convenient you won't have any trouble finding it. There's MTR right outside, as well as bus stops and pretty much everything you need. The host was super nice and helpful, giving me clear instructions as well as some suggestions that were useful. WiFi was great enough to WFH, no issues whatsoever. I was surprised how quiet the room was considering the area. Got some good sleep. It was pretty clean, except for some dust in furniture and an odd smell that you'll feel when you go into the room. Where to improve: - The hot water runs out a bit quick, but it was not really an issue to me. - There was a very noticeable smell in the room that should be taken care of. it's quite dusty and humid in the furniture, so perhaps that's the origin.

A beautiful and cozy two bedroom apartment and good size in HK standard. Communication with the host was excellent and he was accommodating. Highly recommended

Robert's place is excellent. The location is good. Peaceful at night time. A huge supermarket is nearby. The place is very clean and tidy. Easy to check in. Clear instruction from host. We stayed there through Christmas in winter. Hot water in kettle was prepared already in the kitchen when we checked in. Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations makes us feels staying in a warm home. Our kids like the place very much. It was a five star experience. Thank you.

I have heard how small places in HK are secondhand from others but even knowing that, at first, I was not a fan of the apartment layout, such as a small bathroom sink. However, once I got used to the layout, I loved having a couch, a patio overlooking a beautiful courtyard, a washing machine, a room in which I could hang my clothes. Also, the location was awesome! It can get a little loud during the daytime (it is a bustling area) but since it's a residential area, it is pretty quiet from 11pm-8am. Really great for a first time tourist to HK. Kenjy was a very responsive and considerate host as well; he let me check out way late on my final day. The housekeeper who met me to give and take the apartment keys helped me carry my luggage up the stairs to the apartment. I would definitely stay here again

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

Amazing place to stay! Absolutely loved it.

This place is simply great. The apartment is new, a very nice, brand new shopping centre is just right underneath, with 30+ food places to choose from. The train station is also right under. It only takes only 3 minutes by train to Ocean Park, and 6 minutes by train to get to Admiralty station. The host is wonderful and friendly, very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely book this place again next time.

Had a great time at Teresa's place. Location is incredible. Right in the heart of Central Hong Kong. Super walkable. Place was clean and comfortable. Only issues were wifi was slow and closets/drawers were full. But overall, solid stay.
