This was our second visit to the piggery. It was just as perfect as the previous time and We will be going back for sure! It feels like a home from home , with incredible views , a lovely hottub and spectacular walks. Total relaxation

I cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect location on the canal with a lovely pub right opposite. Amy has thought of everything and the welcome hamper was greatly appreciated. The hot tub was amazing and the weather was so nice we even had a bbq. Best Airbnb I have stayed in and I’ve stayed in alot

Emily was very friendly and responsive in her messages. It was lovely that after our arrival, Emily messaged to ensure we arrived safely and wished us a lovely break in her home. We location was hidden and coukd be difficult to find, however Emily provided a clear description of how to find the home. the home was clean and Inviting with some lovely decor. Having a hot tub was especially great for my children. Personally I worry with hot tubs that they are not clean....Emily's was very clean with chlorine tablets in the safe float. I didnt worry about cleanliness once both with the hot tub or thought the home. This home was a great find, much bigger than expected and the 6 if us were very happy and comfortable staying here. Thank you.

Had a wonderful 2 nights staying in the cottage on a working farm. It felt really peaceful but was also only a 5-10 min drive to Ruthin. We stayed here so we could go walking in the Clwydian Range, this was around a 15-20 min drive depending on which car park we wanted to start the walk from, but it was all perfect for us. We even found a short local walk from the cottage itself along a public footpath. The cottage was very well equipped, we used the kitchen each evening, and it was a lovely cozy space. The cottage was immaculate and we really enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the horses nearby. Richard and Ceri were lovely and welcoming hosts and we'd highly recommend the rural retreat.

We had a lovely stay at Pilgrim Cottage. Cosy, easy to find, and squeaky clean! We didn’t use the hot tub as we were out for most of the day, but it is a beautiful set up and it was a shame not to have had time to give it a go. The beds were really comfy and we so slept well with it being so quiet. Overall, we would recommend and thank you Sam for being so communicative ☺️

If you would like to get away someplace private and peaceful and just to relax I couldn’t recommend this more! It’s a lovely place and just amazing. Plenty to do nearby and just a great time!

Anvil Cottage was the perfect retreat for my partner's birthday! We were looking for a cosy, relaxing weekend getaway and the cottage exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the coziness and thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. It truly felt like a home away from home and the pictures don’t it justice as others have mentioned. The highlight without a doubt was the private hot tub. After a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding area, it was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The location was ideal: close enough to lots of lovely Welsh Villages where you can find some equally lovely pubs, restaurants and shops, yet secluded enough to feel like a proper escape. Lots of gorgeous walks and scenery to explore. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the small touches provided by Helen who was brilliant from start to finish. A truly memorable birthday celebration and we would highly recommend to others.

This was a perfect place for us to enjoy the North Wales Coast. The cottage was the perfect size for 2 adults, 2 children and our dog. It had eveything we needed to relax in the evenings after our day trips out. The owners are lovely people who always had time for us. We will defintely be back in the future. My Daughter is still talking about the horses she met and I know Sam (my dog) is missing the open field he walked in daily.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage. There's something really special and homely about this place. We highly recommend for an authentic countryside vibe.

Daniel was incredibly pleasant to communicate with and offered local knowledge and recommendations as well as some much appreciated special touches. A great few days, we would highly reccomend staying there. It needs to be noted if you are visiting Liverpool, then the nearest metro line station to the house is at Port Isaac and it is only a 4 minute taxi ride away from the house and the travel into Liverpool around 10 minutes away. Both cost either side. of £5 . No need for a car, next time we will come by train. Just ask Emma for the taxi company telephone numbers in advance. Also there is the bonus of a lovely garden in the sun. The welcome food pack was much appreciated too.

Loved this cottage. It was very spacious with flexible accommodation. Everything was in pristine condition and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels which was lovely - including separate towels for the hot tub. Loved the log burner - especially the complimentary basket of quality logs that burned beautifully. The hosts left us a lovely welcome hamper and some beautiful flowers too - really thoughtful. Would 100% recommend. We visited the area to see family and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful time staying at Stan's historic Railwayman's cottage, which was spacious, warm, cosy, stylish (loved the parqet floor and bathroom) a well equipped kitchen and it was the perfect base to sightsee the Wirral, Chester and Liverpool. We particularly liked how private the cottage is and the area is quiet. No problem parking. It was lovely overlooking the garden centre at the back and there are great coffee shops nearby. Bebington station is a short walk away where you can hop on a train to either Chester or Liverpool if you want to leave the car behind. We're looking forward to booking Railwayman's Cottage again later this year, as we need more time to explore the amazing Lady Lever Art Gallery and Museum. Port Sunlight Village is just stunning and a masterpiece in architectural design. We appreciated the books provided about the history of the village and its famous Sunlight Soap works and we can't wait to come back.

Thoughtful host. Nice property as described. Very comfortable and clean. In a nice location close to lots of amenities. Would happily return!

This property is a great option for those looking to visit Chester for a day or two. We are a family of 5 and the house is perfectly located for the zoo and everything else Chester has to offer. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the good communication and the ease of accessing the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We came here for an extended weekend break with small kids and a (young) grandparent. Cute, small cottage with just enough space across two floors for a handful of meals, stay overs and some playtime. The big dining table was our favourite spot among the modernly furnished rooms. Perfect location to use as a base for local activities, even heading into Liverpool. We appreciated the great service the host provided and the on-site parking, off the main road. We would gladly use this property again for future trips!

Our second visit to the Dairy and it was just as good as we remembered. The best thing for me is how peaceful the rural location is. I slept so well! Cottage has everything you need and Dorothy is such a lovely, friendly host. We will be back!

This is our 2nd stay at Little Cobbes and we enjoyed it as much as our first visit. The space is compact but has everything you need for a short or longer stay at this beautiful cottage. Ann and Dave have thought out every detail in ensuring your stay is a positive and enjoyable one. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to major roadways and to walking trails from the cottage. We will be back.

I find it difficult to write a review of Alan's cottage because it is a lovely gentle quiet undemanding place. Alan is a wonderful host bringing much cheer and happiness and warmth. I enjoyed my stay very much and I would recommend staying to others .

I had a wonderful 3 months staying at Swiss Cottage. It’s in an idyllic location, incredibly well placed to catch the train to nearby Liverpool and Chester. The home was very comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would have no hesitation returning or recommending to a friend. The spa bath was a lovely added bonus and I appreciated thoughtful touches like robes and a welcome treat. 10/10

The accommodation is lovely. As the “Nags Head” is literally just round the corner if you choose not to cook, evening or breakfast they are very accommodating. We used this place for the grand national. Getting an Uber there was easy. Trying to get one back proved more difficult. But the stay there was extremely comfortable 💖

For a first time booker, i was really nervous but Melanie was great with responding and andwering all my questions. The cottage was beautiful and is exactly as described
