Vacation rentals with a patio in Wakefield

Janine was very responsive to us during our stay here in Sheffield. Great location for shopping at the Moor, or getting food around the area. Walkable in cooling weather conditions to the station from the accommodation (20mins), generally downhill.

Spacious, clean and warm. Parking was easy. It’s well-positioned for access to the town centre and walks along the canal. Quiet and secluded; a lovely relaxing stay.

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

We really enjoyed our weekend away here. The Airbnb was lovely and cosy with a lovely few from the Balcony. The walk along the canal was really nice and there is a cafe a 15 minute walk away with really nice breakfast. Andrea replied really quickly and was really helpful with any questions we had! Would love to come and stay again :)

Beautiful town, can’t wait to visit again. The space was immaculate, and Ruth was a very helpful and friendly host. Car park right across the road, less than a minutes walk. Howarth town centre is a 5-10 min pleasant walk past the enchanting steam train station (you must stop to watch the train, what a spectacle), and up a steep but short cobbled hill. The town has so many lovely trinket / witchy shops and pretty book shops, record shops etc. And great restaurants and cafes for breakfast overlooking the moors, lovely for people watching and spotting cute dogs! Cosy pubs for a drink after a hike, what more could you want :) Check in and check out were simple and straightforward. Thanks Ruth! Only thing that could’ve made it better was Heaaathcliffe greeting us at the window.

Four of us stayed in one of the penthouse apartments. Fantastic accommodation, well laid out and with everything you could possibly need. Welcome hamper a nice touch. Hebden has some great pubs and restaurants, and the countryside does not disappoint. We will definitely be back again.

This place is perfect, really homely, luxury feel and had everything you could possibly need for a stay, loads of towels, tea coffee, milk etc, check in super easy too and there’s a Tesco a minute walk away which is convenient. Definitely will stay here again! ☺️

Everything about this stay was first class. Cosy, comfortable and super clean. Tracey was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely responsive. We really appreciated the little welcome touches - it was such a treat to be able to make tea and toast for ourselves after a long journey! Thanks Tracey - will definitely be back when we're next in the area.

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in a peaceful location with a stunning view across the valley. Comfortable beds and great showers. It is the ground floor of a house with the owners living above, but it has separate access from the side and there was no noise from above at all. The spacious locked shed was an added bonus for storing my husbands bike. Just 5-10 mins walk down the hill to the shops, train station, open air swimming pool, cafes and restaurants in Hathersage. And only 25 minutes drive into Sheffield. The George was a lovely spot for a very tasty evening meal. Stunning walks from the door, including up to Stanage Edge. A great spot to stay for a walking holiday in the Peak District- we highly recommend it!

We spent a lovely few days in Bradley's house. It's furnished and decorated very tastefully, and we particularly enjoyed the festive decorations, as our stay covered the New Year's Eve. The welcome treats were very thoughtful. The house is within an easy walk to the town centre - with a good selection of shops and a multiplex cinema. It's also very close to a park with a café. The bathroom was a bit chilly during the cold spell (as it's located in an extension to the house), but the heating was easy to switch on and it warmed up all the rooms quickly. The only table (in the lounge) was a bit small for a family of 3, but we managed. The side tables can also be used for "TV dinners", if needed. :) Overall, the value of this property is fantastic, and we'll happily stay there again!

Lovely little cottage in a quiet area of the countryside. I'll definitely be back to stay again when next visiting the UK.

Really lovely apartment which couldn’t be any better located. Stairs were fine for me and my little boy. Jenny was a super friendly host and allowed us access to the parking spot 30 mins early as my boy was getting tired. Would definitely visit again Thank you

Great Airbnb located in small block of flat. Private parking is really handy and the location is just off Eccleshall road, so lots of great options to eat on the door step. Lovely big shower and 2 double king size beds in good size bedrooms. Would absolutely recommend, so much so that we have booked another trip. Thanks for having us.

Richard was very accomadating and the apartment and the facilities were outstanding, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The location of the apartment is excellent, we were able to walk into the peak district and to the many local pubs and restaurants. We stayed at Sue’s as a base for visiting family and friends located in Leeds & Bradford with our almost 2 yr old. Sue was very friendly and welcoming. She met us on arrival, showed us around and then left us to it. Lots of food available which our toddler loved. We all appreciated the cereal options! Lovely large bathroom and bath toys for the little one (we’d forgotten ours). Sue provided a highchair which again, our toddler loved and a travel cot. The location was perfect for us and she gave us sole use of the drive. The floors did creak a bit which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for light sleepers but it was very quiet past 10pm I believe. Our little one had no issues. Lovely home. Would recommend. Thank you Sue for being a great host x
