We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

Great stay for a last minute stay I needed. Brad was super responsive and accommodating. Place feels very homey, you can tell he's a family guy! Can only imagine how nice the pool is in the summer. Would've tried the hot tub if we had more time. 3 beds with varying firmness.

A couple of friends and I were seeing a show at the Tupelo Music Hall and found this place. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a place for any reason in the area. It is close to major roads but is still private and easy to find.

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Diana was very warm, responsive, and helpful throughout every aspect of our stay. Her home is located right across from Salisbury Beach with easy walking access to the water. The home is clean and spacious and has everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay.

After a very hectic week I was looking forward to this getaway weekend. Normally I’m a bit more engaged with my hosts so I want to apologize for initially not saying more than “Great! Thanks!” during the check in process. Erin made the process very easy and my friend and I were settled in quickly. As someone who loves to cook and quality home theater the spacious fully stocked kitchen and Dolby Atmos surround sound was more than I could have ever wanted. Thank you Erin. The house was beautiful. Very homey and lots of interesting decor. There are so many rooms it is easy to get lost at first. It was great that there were 2 bedrooms on the main floor for people who don’t do stairs. It was difficult at first finding all of the thermostats but everything was well labeled and eventually we found the one behind the double doors in the main house. There is a trail going through the forest and 4 houses down the road. The road can be kind of busy and cars drive fast but there is enough shoulder. The trails are beautiful. Stove in the primary kitchen was a bit difficult at first because the knobs don’t say which burners they go too but trial and error worked. We will be back! I made a scavenger hunt for the kids to find various things in the house like gnomes and they had a blast! Thank you..

We loved staying at Fatima’s place during our girls weekend. Entire place was clean and had everything we needed. Easy 15-20 minute ride to all our stops in Boston. Fatima was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We were in the area for a family wedding. The house was easy to find and parking was plentiful. There was a lot of ice by the backdoor, which was where we were to enter. When I expressed concern to Dev, he replied quickly and gave us access via a different door. (The ice was a product of snow; pouring rain; dropping temperatures and wind- all within 24hr!) The house had enough linens; dishes; and sundries for our stay. Also, it was very clean.Our family relaxed and comfortably visited most of the weekend at Dev’s house. We all enjoyed spending time there!

Amazing price and amazing place to spend Halloween! Great places to eat and adventure around! The house was peaceful but had very friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. If I could have Andrea be the host for every air bnb I would be greatful knowing I have someone that's reliable and great with communication. She will treat you right and has great recommendations!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. We had a lovely stay at Lauren’s place! The home has tons of space, a very well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds and couches. It’s a great home base for visiting family in the area. We really appreciate Lauren’s helpful communication throughout our stay too.

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! This little lake house was exactly what I needed—peaceful, cozy, and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind, drink coffee on the deck, and just soak in the quiet. The house itself was super clean . You can tell the host really puts thought into making guests feel welcome. The customer service was great—good communication, thoughtful touches, and just an overall warm and inviting experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting, this is it. This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Nice place with everything we needed in it. Andreas was super great. We went in a fishing charter and he let us borrow a cooler for our trip. The showers were amazing. The outside sitting area with a fire pit was one of the greatest features. We are a cooking family and although there were two cooking areas to stay together and cook it was a tight fit. What we got for the price was a really good deal.
