Vacation rentals with a patio in Waitsfield

We had a very comfortable stay. The setting on the river was quite peaceful, and the home was comfortable. It was a quick drive to Norwich University to watch hockey and visit our daughter, also a quick drive into Montpelier. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in, and we enjoyed setting the puzzle. We will definitely stay again when we come back for another visit.

Tanner was the ultimate host. His property was pristine and worked out great for two couples. He had labeled all the cabinets in the kitchen so that it was easy to find whatever you were looking for! The lockable outside shed for our bikes was a huge plus. The stairs to the 2nd floor apt were a bit steeper than normal but were still easy to navigate. The living room had multiple seating options. Beds were very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water and ample towels were available. Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!

Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful, clean and spacious area with lots of natural light. Has all the amenities you could need plus more. This was a great location for enjoying Burlington and I appreciated the convenient parking. Mac was a friendly, responsive, and thoughtful host.

We had such a great time staying at Andrew's place in Middlebury. Lovely little guest house with amazing windows and a great view of the snowy plains behind the house. Peaceful location, lots of amenities, really close to town!

What an absolutely awesome space! Clear pre-arrival and check-in instructions, the most complete, best-equipped kitchen, I've seen in multiple years of airbnb-ing. There was a pellet-stove that was super simple to use and made for a warm, cheery heat source after a long, cold drive. Tons of blankets and throws, the place was squeaky clean. There was even a bottle of half-and-half *and* a Mason jar of Vermont maple syrup in the fridge that I used to sweeten up my morning oatmeal. We had to leave pretty early the next day, otherwise we'd probably would've made pancakes and had an awesome breakfast. I mean, it reminds me of when staying at an Airbnb meant you were staying at someone's well-cared for, loved-in, lived-in, home. If we come back up this way, this is the place we would want to stay at.

Cheryl’s place was exactly as described. It was the perfect size for me and my significant other. It was perfectly centralized from nearby towns. Cheryl was very responsive and gave us recommendations if we wanted to go exploring. We do wish that we came in a different season where there wasn’t snow, so we can explore the property, but otherwise everything was perfect! We definitely recommend her listing!

Brian was very responsive throughout our booking and stay. The studio apartment was clean, functional with a great view of the woods out the large picture window. We’ll be back!

This was my second time staying at this apartment. It is a very nice, comfortable, clean apartment. It is very close to to Amtrak and in walking distance to the Greyhound bus and places to eat. I would recommend it.

The location was great!. Not far from the Craftsbury Outdoor Center and Greensboro Trails! Also an easy walk to the General Store and the Village Store. A nice quiet street to walk the dog. The house was clean and cozy. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Our group of 8 had a lovely stay at Nick and Sara's home. It was spacious and clean - and even had a lighted holiday tree to brighten out evenings. Plenty of room for our group to cook, exchange gifts and play games. Easy access to Morrisville for shopping and pizza! We'd stay here again winter or summer.

My fiance, myself and our dog celebrated a quiet anniversary at Rob's house. We LOVED the layout, appreciated all of the small little touches/amenities and our dog enjoyed the freedom of the large, fully enclosed yard. The house has everything it needs, plus some..TONS of bonus points for the deli/market/quirky shop next door. Made for some delicious meals, quick breakfast and funky things. Overall we loved everything about the airbnb. We did run into a little bump the last night there, when we got locked of the house, however Rob was quick to come over and fixed the issue. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We would 10000% stay again, btw the hot tub on a freezing vermont night was the cherry on top. VERY private, VERY peaceful, VERY worth it. Sherry's cottage was the perfect place for our family to view the eclipse from! The place was well-equipped with everything we needed and spotless. Would definitely stay again!

Erin’s place is absolutely wonderful. We had a memorable snowy weekend. And after a nor’easter came through, Erin was able to get the plow to come early so some of our party could still get out to make their flight.

Our weekend in the New North Burlington to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday went well. The home was clean and had the basic amenities you would expect. The fenced in backyard was especially welcome with dogs. Thank you for hosting us in the home.

Our family of five just spent Thanksgiving at the lake house. Its size and layout accommodated us well - having the second frig became necessary. It’s a lovely place and stunning views from almost every window. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

Beautiful and updated space! It had a rustic feel with modern amenities. You also get a great view of Stowe while being just minutes from town and the slopes! Also, incredibly comfortable beds! Overall, I would recommend for a longer stay or ski-week.

The condo was great! It had everything that we were looking for on our vacation! The space had everything that was needed and the area was centrally located to everything that Stowe has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was outstanding! The location is walkable to a bunch of restaurants as well as the nature path. You can walk it or rent a bike from the place right down the road (also walkable to). Almost equal distance to the mountain and downtown Stowe. Finally, the indoor and outdoor pool was key. Weather for one of our days was a little rainy and it was great to bring our 5 and 7 yr olds there for hours.

Lance and I flew up to Vermont to get some skiing in. We loved Eric‘s place. We literally walked to the ski lifts very friendly people at smugglers notch great restaurants great food. We will definitely be back !!

Place worked out great for 2 guys for 2 nights. We didn't even pull out the couch, it was comfy enough to sleep right on. First floor access was perfect, and condo was easy to get into. Super close to parking lot for transporting gear in and out. We used it as a jumping off point to ski Jay Peak, which worked perfect. I wouldn't call it true ski on/off, as we did have to walk across the parking lot and catch a shuttle to get to the mountain mountain trails, but access was still VERY convenient. Everything worked perfect and would surely recommend and would stay here again!

Awesome place ! Super convenient and cozy! Very clean and comfortable beds. We all felt right at home and can’t wait to come back.
