The house is huge. And perfect for us. The garden with the play house, trampoline and all the cars was a blast for the kids. Good location for Napier as well as in town itself. Friendly and helpful neighborhood.

The cottage was a fabulous relaxing space and the Spa was a treat. Everything was thought of and the beds were comfortable. The towels were Devine, very luxurious… it’s very private and quiet and I was able to unwind. The fireplace is perfect… All up it was perfect. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you 🙏

Second time staying here and just as good as the first time- lovely spot!

Great home for families with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The living space was very comfortable, and the addition of a range of family boardgames was great. The home is set in a quiet tranquil area overlooking forest/bush which provided lovely walks. Easy 10mins walk to Carrotland which is an an awesome adventure playground and activity area with pump track, bike tracks, playground etc. Our 7yr old loved it. We had some issues with running water when we arrived but Charlotte was super responsive and helpful and it was all resolved within an hour...and Charlotte provided a wee gift basket (nibbles and wine) in acknowledgement of our being slightly put out. Charlotte was very thoughtful and responsive in managing the whole issue. We will absolutely stay again. It was a lovely comfortable home.

A great place for friends to spend time together. A gorgeous historically authentic house with plenty of space for everyone to be together, or, to go off to one of many nooks and chill out. Very caring responsive hosts.

We had a great stay at Di's apartment centrally located just off thr main shopping g strip. walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and attractions in Napier. The apartment itself is quite unique, Di has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into furnishing and decorating the place, and with the ample living space the kids and even the adults had a great time exploring - with 4 kids under 5yrs there were lots of space in the 2 living rooms and enclosed rooftop for kids to play and be themselves; definitely kid safe. Needless to say the apartment itself and all linen and bedding was clean and spotless, the portable cot for one of our toddlers was very helpful, if they had an additional one it would have made it even better but we made a last minute booking so we're very grateful to carry one less cot. Would definitely recommend and if available next time would come back again! thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic Stay in Ahuriri! We recently spent three nights at this fabulous Airbnb in Ahuriri, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the waterfront and close to great cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and scenic, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The property was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish yet cozy. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our daily adventures. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ahuriri. We hope to return soon!

Roz was a wonderful host. Thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment is beautiful, modern and comfortable, with great views across the bay. A great place from which to enjoy the local area, with a range of cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the beautiful wineries of Hawke’s Bay. We’d highly recommend Craggy Range for a special lunch.

Alison and Ron were so kind and friendly. The space was very comfortable, especially the beds. Nice little bathrooms attached to each room as well!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Is was a great place from which to hike in Tongariro National Park. Richard’s brought freshly baked bread soon after we arrived which we continued to eat during our 2 night stay. He was super responsive to all my questions.

A peaceful and quiet retreat for a weekend getaway. The little touches such as the fresh flowers and chocolate were a thoughtful surprise. We also enjoyed meeting one of the furry four legged neighbours. This was the perfect location to retreat to after attending events in Greytown (a short car drive just out of the centre of Greytown ). I only wish we had been able to stay longer to read some of the books available ( I did manage to finish my own book that I had bought along).

Nice place for a couple to stay, with lovely views to Kapiti Island (and sometimes the South Island as well). Plenty of good kitchen gear. We loved the way both the living area and the main bedroom could be opened right up towards the ocean --felt almost like being on a ship. Michael came very quickly to attend to a couple of little maintenance issues.

Our group an absolutely wonderful stay at Lisa’s beautiful property. The expansive lawn, dotted with gorgeous trees, provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. We loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature and spotting the animals on the property—it truly felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether lounging outdoors or making use of the well-equipped amenities, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Would love to return here again and totally recommend. Thank you Lisa! Beautiful and very spacious home. We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool and spa was the highlight for the kids. Sarah was an amazing host, very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Broadoaks. The venue was perfect for our family gathering (4 generations). The kitchen is well appointed and modern, all bathrooms have been updated and the indoor-outdoor flow is excellent. The grounds are a wonderland for kids to explore Angela was an excellent host, providing great communication and insights into the property. Thoroughly recommended.

Dan's place was perfect for the 4 of us - two very large bedrooms to choose from, and two separate bathrooms. The living spaces in the bottom level of the house were all very spacious and well-equipped - the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cookware, cutlery, etc. They even had some food staples that we were welcome to use, which was really appreciated :) We took advantage of the coffee machine with the provided coffee pods! The house has central heating, which worked great since it was storming the first night we were there. We also used the electric fireplace in the lounge, which was lovely. The street itself is very steep, which is classic Wellington! But having the private parking spot in front of the house was really handy. The house is super close to the city centre, only a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. Loved the autonomous check-in and check-out; Dan sent through all the instructions, which were very clear and easy to follow! Highly recommend Dan's place!!!

A fabulous stay at Clayfields, peaceful in a warm and homely setting. The finishing touches across the house make Clayfields the perfect hideaway for peace and tranquility. Bradley and Beau's hospitality and attention to providing a fantastic experience for us to spend our Christmas made the whole experience truely memorable. Thank you.

Beautiful old house. Pics on here don't do the place justice, heaps of space and very comfy bed. Super close to the centre and within walking distance of all the places you'd want in Upper Hutt.

Really great value, a beautiful old villa, with the bonus of a modern kitchen and pool. The beds are all big with nice linens and the rooms are furnished with pretty, vintage furniture. It was better than the photos! William kindly offered us a late checkout without us even asking for it, which was much appreciated.
