Vacation rentals with a pool in Waipouli Beach

Wonderful stay at the Hawaiian style home. Fabulous short walk down to the coast. Enjoyed the pool. Convenient location.

Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

We had another great stay at Aurora’s place! Perfect house to stay when in Kauai. Aurora was very responsive. Highly recommend this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Our family of four with two adult children had a fabulous stay. With a cozy cottage feel, and so much light and fresh air through the walls of sliding doors we enjoyed our time there and slept well. The pullout couch is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Loved the coffee supply! . Daytime we were out and about and it is a convenient location to see the island - from the Na Pali side hiking or to Hanalei for surfing. Very convenient to have beach chairs, surf and boogie boards, umbrella etc. Numerous excellent restaurants nearby as well as quick breakfast and burger etc. places within walking distance. The walk to the park and beach is short along a path across the street and straight down to the beach. Thank you Jake!

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed with my family for a week. We were three couples and one child. The house was the ideal base for our Kauai adventures. It was just as beautiful as it appeared in the photos. The location was convenient and lovely. We could even walk to the Haena State Park shuttle bus pick up spot! The pool was incredible and kept the child (and the rest of us) occupied whenever we were between activities. The provided pool toys and beach equipment (towels, chairs and umbrellas) were life savers. This beats a hotel stay hands down. Could not recommend more highly. The host answered all of our questions and was incredibly kind. I wish I was still there. Many thanks to our host!

Absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we needed in an amazing location. It was SO much nicer than a hotel for a large group. There were card and board games available, umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and even a wagon which made everything easier. Sheri was so easy to work with, quick to respond, and made everything seamless! We would love to stay here again!

This home was beautiful and was located right on the beach. Being able to watch the sunrise on the balcony every morning was amazing. The home was equipped with tons of beach stuff. It was great not having to go rent beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The location was perfect for us. Centrally located on the island so north and south shore were easy drives. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thanks Conrad!

Susan was a great host, the place was beautiful and in a great location. Susan was super responsive and proactive, it made everything very easy.

The condo is well equipped. Great location. Large lanai. Comfortable beds. The beach chairs, boogie boards, and a small cooler were provided. We did not get to use them but we appreciated them. There is an assigned parking space. Highly recommended. The only small issue we had was closing the front door because the latch will get stuck. We would just had to make sure to have the latch out so it would close correctly.

My family loved staying here. It really was perfect for us. The only things I didn’t like are beyond Luisa’s control. I didn’t like that it was on the 3rd floor and I didn’t like that it wasn’t on the beach! Ha! Otherwise it was a very clean and beautiful little apartment!

This place was as described in a very good location within walking distance from beach, shopping and restaurants. The building and unit are older and have some sign of wear and tear as you would expect in an older building with window air conditioners. Very comfortable for two adult couples to share space. There are stairs that could be challenging for anyone with a physical challenge. We would definitely stay here again

Very peaceful and comfortable place to relax that is very close to Hanalei and other areas that offered anything we wanted. Sandi was very friendly and promptly answered any questions. We will definitely be back and look forward to renting this place again!
