We had a great week in this lovely house which is located in a peaceful cul de sac. The house is just like the photos - bright and clean with plenty of spaces for relaxing. The hosts were very responsive and have obviously given a lot of thought into making sure their guests have everything they need including kitchen gadgets and utensils, eco-store shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, plenty of towels, blankets and a range of books and reading material. We had a sunny week so the kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. Thanks Nigel and Gina! We would happily come back again.

Tara was easy to deal with and place was clean and tidy. House had plenty of room and an excellent outdoor area including a pool to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again.

Such a stunning home! My dog and I stayed 2 nights, we were greeted with plenty of yummy treats for both of us! The home itself is absolutely amazing, cozy and tidy, with all the amenities you need and more. The location is great with plenty of parks if you’re also bringing a furry friend, on a quiet street and close to the motorway if you’re exploring Auckland. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend to others.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved our stay in Omaha at Robyn’s place! Easy to find, clear instructions and very responsive host. Robyn was a dream to deal with and even let us check in early which was so helpful as we were all travelling for a wedding! Amazing deck and outdoor furniture, lovely to make the most of sitting outside. Beach within walking distance. Would happily stay here again - thank you for a gorgeous stay!

Fantastic location, easily walkable, and within close distance to the bus from which you can access the rest of the island. We liked the little details included, and found the outdoor area just lovely. We would definitely stay here again! We also found the check-in instructions very easy to follow.

Great location near the beach and family friendly house with a backyard full of toys. Also near great coffee/lunch spots. Comfortable beds and good curtains. Outside deck and the house overall could use an upgrade as its all outdated and worn thin.

great place to stay and great hosts! perfect sized space for our family of 4. we loved having the BBQ and felt like the kitchen was well stocked. the house was a perfect base camp for our excursions. would def stay here again.

My group and I had a great time at this house. it was easily able to accommodate 10+ adults and had space for all of us to relax and make the most of our time there. Barry was a great host, very responsive to messaging and flexible with our groups requests. We would happily come back.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

It’s a beautiful home that can accommodate lots of people. It should be noted that both master bedrooms and the main kitchen are upstairs. Two days was too short of a time to appreciate all the house had to offer.

Chris is an excellent host. The booking was very last minute and his responsiveness to our inquiry was much appreciated. The home is modern, with plenty of space and a great view. A perfect place to relax, in comfort, after a busy day. Being close to shops, restaurants and transportation makes it a very convenient location. We liked the house rules that made expectations very clear about being considerate and quiet neighbors. Clearly that is reciprocated as it was a very quiet place to stay.
