Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Our experience at Sukoon was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offers a truly peaceful atmosphere—just as the name suggests. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a serene and memorable getaway!

The place to stay with Ahmed and Abdul Rahman was great. The place Qantap is very beautiful, even when we drove down the big road at 5 o'clock in the morning and we saw the white village of Qantap flashing between the mountains, we were delighted . We were able to find the villa well based on Abdula's description. It is very nice and has a generous architecture . The courtyard is nicer than shown in the photos. We used it for breakfast, a small supermarket is right around the corner. Abdul is very friendly, helpful and always responsive. At this point, thank you again to you dear Abdul. The path to the picturesque beach takes just a few minutes on foot. If we visit Oman again, we will definitely book this accommodation again.

The villa is as the description. Bright, modern and clean. Fully furnished with everything you need. Very well maintained neighborhood. Quartier restaurants, bars and beach within walking distance. We had 50 minutes to Muscat center, but the way to Muscat is very pleasant and very interesting from nature. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you 🙏🏼

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

Very nice and clean apartment, much bigger in reality than in the pictures. Good starting point for exploring the capital of Oman. Excellent contact with the owner. We asked for additional towels and they were delivered to us the next day. I highly recommend this place!

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.
