Stavroula's place is beautiful and just as described! We visited around the Christmas holidays and she decorated tastefully for the season and left a bunch of treats for us - very thoughtful! She was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. I look forward to staying again when I'm in Greece in the future!

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Beautiful space nestled among incredible olive groves and orchards. Host even had fresh olive oil ready directly from the olive groves surrounding the property. Just minutes walk to the water. Minutes drive to central Kalamata. Would most certainly stay again. The host even brought us extra Greek coffee! It’s the little things that make your stay feel like home and you will most certainly find them here. It made coming home to Kalamata even better. Efharisto!!

Wonderful view!!! Location was a little remote, but very peaceful and serene.

Host was responsive and checking in and out was very easy. Place is as described. It's great that all bedrooms have attached bathrooms but a couple of the bathrooms were rather small. We were a group of 10 adult friends but if you have both adults and children up to 10 it will be very comfortable. The villa is located on a little hilltop so the sunset daily was so beautiful...nature at its best. We had 3 days of wedding reception, planned lunches, dinners and drinks nearby so the location is perfect for us. The drive downhill (parts of it along the beautiful coast) is about 30 minutes to town and 45 minutes to the airport. Excellent stay. Thanks Nikos.

Great place to stay. We had a total of three people here for about two weeks. Plenty of space, had everything from soap to laundry detergent, and also plenty of fruit to enjoy. Host was very responsive and helpful with all our requests and questions.

I was 2 months living here, a December and February, the village is very quiet, the friendly people, good restaurants and shops with everything you need, the views are unbeatable to the sea, the apartment is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. recommended 100%. I miss it. Christos is super communicative and attentive. As the only detail if someone is very sensitive to noise being next to a secondary road sometimes a truck passes but nothing exaggerated.

Sophie is a wonderful host. Though we never met her in person, she was always at help at had good tips on restaurants for us. The apartment is just lovely and really centric but not downtown un the hustle. If you want to relax this is a great place. I would love to come back. I stayed 3 nights with my teenage son. WiFi was good. Kitchen equipment is basic but enough to have a cooking for some pasta salad or breakfast. I loved there was coffee 🫶
