Amazing place! Everything extremely clean, organized, exactly like in the pictures, great house, everything very comfortable, we had no problems with anything! Next to it we find things to sell like water, sweets and cakes, ices and the like. And about Evaldo, very attentive and receptive, received us super well and gave us all the necessary support! Without a doubt a place you will want to come back more often. We spent a great Sunday! And about the location, easy to find, super quiet place.

What a wonderful experience! Lucia and Roberto, as well as Wolf and Maçã, are extremely receptive. It was very easy to feel at home. The place, in addition to being impeccably clean, is also very well equipped. The wifi reaches the entire property (which is immense). Everything shows care, from the faquinha in the garden to the ice ready in the freezer. In addition to having a delicious carnival, we were still gifted with eggs, vegetables and fresh vegetables. I look forward to coming back!

Without words for Mari's care to make us have a good experience. She is very helpful, careful and willing to help. The apartment is complete, great location, with walking access to a great gym, market, pharmacy, and restaurants. Very safe with 24-hour concierge. We spent months in the apartment and anything we needed Mari was always available and did more than we expected. I highly recommend and would love to come back more often. One of the best hosts I've ever had on Airbnb, thank you Mari!

Excellent stay. Great hostel. I felt a bit the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms, but it was due to a very intense heatwave in SP.
