Vacation rentals with beach access in Vorpommern-Greifswald

The apartment is very nice and very well equipped. The bathroom is a bit small, but this is probably due to the building structure. The view is fabulous. However, we will go directly back to the Baltic Sea beach, walks here on the Haffstrand are too short.

Great, modern apartment, as seen in the photos. Great amenities, very good and quiet location. Covered bike parking. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable

It was a short weekend visit and the apartment was really great for that.

Four of us spent two nights in the apartment and have nothing to complain about. Check-in was straightforward about the combination of numbers sent the day before, a parking space could be found next to the house at any time of the day and the description was also very apt. The apartment is very lovingly furnished with enough space for cooking, eating and playing. The kitchen has good amenities and the pull-out beds and sofas were comfortable and completely adequate. The beach and Primenadenstraße are a few minutes walk away. Shopping can be found in the nearby area, gladly again!

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly cozy quiet apartment. The well-kept sauna in the house is a great highlight. Due to the private access, you can reach the beach in 2 minutes. Restaurants, shops,... are within walking distance.

We are not in this apartment for the first time and therefore keep coming back because we find the accommodation top for our needs, because the communication with Dan works best, because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment, because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least, because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent with dog, but we vacuum and wipe every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a great apartment and is a great landlord. 👍We will be happy to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August and early September for us. 👍❤️

My wife and I, our three grandchildren and our dog had a wonderful vacation in Ulrike's vacation home. The house is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and has a huge living and dining area. The bedrooms are equipped with good mattresses, fly screens and roller blinds. Everything is available in very good quality in terms of technical equipment, as well as dishes, etc. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The Internet connection via Wi-Fi did not cause any problems. The property itself is a dream, tall pine trees and a huge lawn, created for all kinds of activities. It was only a short walk to the swimming area, where a rowing boat was also available. Communication with Ulrike was very pleasant. All the big and small vacation home guests liked the days in Kleinzerlang very much and we will definitely come back.

The place is nicely located, close to the lake. Everything you needed was there, very clean and tidy without "grubby corners" . The furniture was nicely coordinated, no indiscriminate throwing together of grandma's old dining table and discarded tablecloths/towels :-) and other things. We felt right at home and enjoyed the time very much. In summer, it is certainly even more beautiful, with use of the terrace, barbecue and the proximity to the swimming area. Anke was always and quickly accessible, patient and helpful so absolutely recommended. Whether you end up quarreling with the cleaning fee, everyone has to decide for themselves, that is similar in many accommodations, but still different.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very tasteful and furnished with love of detail. The location is great and the view is amazing.

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

Fully equipped cottage in a fantastic location and a magnificent view of the lake! We felt completely comfortable! No deduction of points for this, but a small tip to Wolfgang: A brief description of the oven would still be helpful for the guests! But otherwise everything is great! Glad to come back!

We spent 6 beautiful days in the house. It is very cozily furnished, had everything we needed and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is very quiet, has a huge property and the beach is a 5 min walk. We definitely recommend!

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

We had a great time in Ludwigsburg. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. There is nothing missing in the house; whether kitchen utensils, dishes, games, blankets, toys, seat cushions - everything is available. We (or our daughter) especially loved the game room and the treehouse in the garden (even if the latter unfortunately had to be dismantled during our stay to repair the rotten posts). At this point, there is a special thank you to the caretaker Dirk, who still built the house in a playable way in the garden. The location of the house is quiet in a tranquil village with nice neighbors. The beach path leads directly to beautiful beaches and the sleeping trees (very worth seeing), the neighboring towns of Loissin and Lubmin are also very worthwhile due to the beautiful beaches. Overall, the region offers great excursion destinations, whether by car or bike. In the shed there is also a considerable selection of bicycles incl. Child seat and trailer. Perfect!

Thank you Dominik for this lovely place. It is truly a very nice apartment with a fantastic view. Very clean and lovingly furnished. But the sauna and the fireplace were really the icing on the cake. Very nice and quiet surroundings and your courteous manner and helpfulness is really great. We will be happy to come back...

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a nice 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't miss anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach is within minutes walking distance and by car it is not far to the shops. We didn't know that Karls Erdbeerhof was only 4 minutes away before arrival and then we were there twice :D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair was unfortunately not yet there outside the season (which we were informed of beforehand). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next visit to Usedom :D

Klaus' apartment is very quiet. You can't hear anything, a dream. You can reach the beach in three minutes I think I've never had such a clean accommodation, here I really express huge praise... the apartment is in great condition and it's just EVERYTHING you need. From the garage, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment, which is also a very comfortable plus. I'd love to come back and thank you for the stay.

Wunderschönes Apartment!

There were three of us (1 adult - 2 children) in the really nice and cozy apartment of Nina and Maik. It is lovingly decorated, everything is available and the bed is super comfortable!! Three of us slept well there. Everything is within walking distance and we will definitely come back. It's worth it =)
