Apartment vacation rentals in Vomero, Naples

Gennaro was a very kind and helpful host. The apartment, clean and well organized, is suitable for those traveling to Naples with family or more people as it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room. In addition, unlike other properties, Gennaro provides a parking space. The location is great, it is not in the center of Naples but both the promenade and the center are easily reached by public transport within a 5-minute walk. The Fuorigrotta neighborhood, where the property is located, still has several options including restaurants, pubs and bars for those who do not want to spend a day or evening away from the most touristy areas.

Apartment clean and also equipped with basic necessities. It is on the third floor but has an elevator that requires 20cent coins. Provided by Egidio who welcomed us and also gave us many directions on what to see and where to eat. The location is magnificent, near Teatro San Carlo , Via Toledo and Piazza Plebiscito. All this made our stay very pleasant.

This was a fantastic little apartment in Vomero. A great area! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bakeries, great shopping and bars. Also walking distance to 2 funiculars, a taxi stand and the Metropolitana! There is a beautiful old staircase right next to the building that takes you down to the city. We walked down (a LOT of stairs) through the Spanish Quarter, the Maradonna memorial, famous churches and piazzas - had an authentic and amazing lunch and then walked to the funicular for a ride back up the mountain. The expansive view from the apartment was spectacular! to Sorrento and Capri! The host was great and provided us with restaurant and pizzeria recommendations that were very good. You can really just walk down to the busy downtown of Vomero and find so many options!

This place was absolutely perfect for me, an older solo traveler. I loved the entry and how safe I felt in the neighborhood, property and in the building. The location is just above an area that is filled with museums, local sites (2 castles!), lots of shopping and a view of the water. Within a 5 minutes walk you're looking at Vesuvius. Wow! The apartment had everything I. needed - it's an efficiency, great comfortable bed, lovely, clean linens with super great view from the large window. Clean, updated bathroom. Kitchen is not equipped for lots of cooking - but I wasn't looking to do that - who would when you're so close to amazing restaurants? Host immediately responded with several great recommendations for coffee, breakfast and dinner when asked. Host was easy to reach- and I love that when I arrived I was greeted by a real human being (super friendly), who showed me how things worked and made sure I was comfortable before he left. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Lovely!

Perfect stay. Close to the central station and the historic center, without being immersed in the chaos of the city. Perfect accommodation for families or groups of friends. With a well-equipped kitchen and every kind of comfort. Stefano and his wife are extremely flexible and accommodating in providing all kinds of services and support required. They definitely exceeded all our expectations. The value for money is extremely favorable given the structure, quality and cleanliness of the accommodation. The location is strategic because it allows you to visit Naples both on foot and by public transport. I therefore recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit the city for the first time, but also to those who have already been and already know what they want to go see. If I were to go back to Naples, I would definitely go back to Stefano's.

This was our first time to Naples, so we didn't know what to expect. We travel as a pack of 6-8, and finding accommodations together is sometimes hard. Not so with Raffa's home. From library and bookstore recommendations (she obviously read my profile and that was a lovely touch) to tiny things like healthy plants and umbrellas by the door, our stay at Raffa's home was impeccable. I've never left a place and thought: "I'm going to miss these beds," but oh they were comfortable. And the view! THE TERRACE ALONE IS WORTH IT! It is sooooo gorgeous. From the multitude of bathrooms, bedrooms and space, we loved our stay, and if I ever return to Naples, I know exactly where to go.

The place is located in a quiet area at a pedestrian road. Everything one needs are just across the corner. The historical center is only a 15 minute walk. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The only drawback for us it was that it is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift at the moment. Matteo told us that a lift would be constructed shortly.

Great apartment. Vibrant area. Plenty of shops and eating places near by. Very pleased with our choice. We will happily stay there again.

We were looking for a place outside of the touristy areas, in a real Italian apartment, and Fabio's place was definitely that. It is a very old building with a lot of charm. The star of the show is definitely that rooftop terrace, it is as beautiful as the pics, if not more! Fabio was a wonderful host. He checked in with us regularly through texts, and gave great recommendations and tips. We loved the cafe across the street and will miss getting espresso there every morning. The apartment is also a 7 minute walk to a subway stop which will take you into Naples or down to Sorrento, etc. I do recommend Fabio's place if you are staying in the Naples area!

Very good appartment to explore Napels for a couple of days! The host was very friendly & good in communication. Only downsides were the noise (recommend some earbuds) and water pressure of the shower was low. However, I believe the scooters and cars creating the noise are part of the true Napolitan experience :), you'll get used to it after a couple of days.

We travel to Italy often, yet our first time in Naples. This selection was outstanding. The service from our host, the location, the fun exciting vibe, the room itself and views from balconies exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

Amazing location! You actually get a view of Naples. Right in the center of town, so walking anywhere is convenient. Pasquale is also very responsive, he even booked us a taxi back to the airport! only thing to note is that the walls can be a little thin.

Annalisa‘s place was absolutely incredible. It is very conveniently located. The Private garden is full of lemons and oranges. It’s a perfect place to have a glass of wine. She is a wonderful host. The place is very comfy and cozy.

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts. Very comfortable bed, large smart TV, hot tub, kitchen with large fridge and oven. It is located in a quiet area but very close to the Vomero area and the funicular that in a few minutes leads to the historic center of Naples. Manuel was very nice and always very helpful. Recommended.

Michele was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was responsive even early in the morning and extremely helpful. I had a scary turn to my trip due to getting sick and he helped when he didn’t have to. The place was spotless and perfect. The jacuzzi was extremely clean and you had everything you would need. It’s located in the heart of everything. The building looks rough on the outside but the apartment itself is newly renovated. WiFi was fast and the tvs and air system was perfect. I would definitely stay here again

Vincenzo was a helpful host. He waited for me until almost midnight to check in. The place is very cosy and well located.

Would highly recommend a stay here - the place is delightful, the roof gets sun in the morning and afternoon. It's centrally located but also quite peaceful. Rosa was really responsive and helpful.

Small studio apartment with good enough setup to stay 2 or 3 days. The location is near the castle ovo. The only issue was sometimes the neighbor across would play their loud television with open window, otherwise everything else worked out.

Perfect accommodation, great location, you can visit everything. Cozy home in a beautiful condominium. Excellent cleanliness, communication with the host and the services he offers. Extremely satisfied and recommended.
