Exactly as described. There are 2 comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Only negative would be that there are not any comfortable chairs to sit in, in the airbnb.

Our stay at Nickie's Airbnb was truly outstanding! She is an incredibly accommodating and flexible host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. Denice and Dan’s home was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay while in town. The pool was super private and relaxing, they left a lot of helpful things as well as a thorough local guide, and the home made cookies were delicious!

Carolyn and Pierre are the absolute best hosts we have ever had. Room is spotless with many extra amenities. It is obvious they work hard at making their guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Amos was a wonderful host! The space is beautiful and has a great home like feel to it. The space 100% matches the description and truly has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I cannot praise this little hillside haven oasis enough. Mike and Christine was so wonderful kind and pleasant to my family and I. The space was very clean and homey. Christine even though of all those little things us girls would need that we often forgot like make up wipes and Qtips. The space was very clean and well organized. Check in was simple and easy and the outdoor sitting space was just what my spouse and I needed for our relaxing getaway. And our little guy truly enjoyed the pool. I cannot recommend this place enough and I so look forward to reserving again come next spring. Thank you Mike and Christine.

We felt so welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The pool and garden area seemed like a little bit of paradise. The river side of the property is lovely. Enjoyed bird watching and fish jumping! Cleveland was very responsive and available if we had a question.

Quiet neighborhood and literally a walk across the street to the beach. Place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed and I appreciated having a washer and dryer after being on the road for several. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee, cool barber shop just 5 min walk. Very well maintained property.

The Cuartito was perfect for our needs, nicely tucked away and private. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Richard was very pleasant and responsive throughout our stay.

Loved this space! Perfect for my husband and I. Quite neighborhood. Enjoyed the king bed. Dresser spaces to place suitcases. Hangers in the closet. Everything in the home well signed so we could find what we were looking for. Such unique art and decorating. Felt right at home the before we even checked in because check in instructions were so clear. Host was responsive and clear on expectations. I hated to leave the space it was peaceful and comfortable. Two small steps in and then no steps once inside unless you need to use the washer- then one small step. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms had heaters which we loved since mornings were chilly. Taller toilets. This was important for old knees. Lots of towels/shampoo/extra blankets and sheets/extra pillows/toilet paper/laundry detergent, etc. I don’t buy anything extra and often we have had to do that. Beautiful yard work to see as you walk in. Plenty of couch and table space. WiFi worked great. Great experience.

Great stay! Stayed for 3 nights for the Art Festival. The studio is cute, super clean, and just as described. The location was perfect—walking distance to downtown, which made exploring super convenient. Two parking spots in the driveway were perfect for us. Jessica is very friendly and accommodating. She just opened an adorable store, Panache by Vintage Rose downtown, you should check it out. It’s adorable! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Craig and Fancesca's place. It's very charming, clean, cozy, and has pretty much everything you need for a stay. Our host was very friendly and responsive with all communication. Location was great. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat. It was very lovely!

I stayed at Bee's place for a whole semester of college. There was plenty of space and was cozy right away. Bee was incredibly friendly and it was obvious that my comfort was her number 1 priority. She was quick to respond and act on any issue that might come up. If I ever find myself in Daytona again I will absolutely give Bee a call :)
