Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

We loved our stay at the Villa Irena in Vipavski Kriz, what an experience! Marija and Irena were ever so hospitable. They've helped us a lot with the check-in and check-out so we can make the most of our short stay in the region. We've arrived late after a long journey so it really helped to have the basics- tea, coffee, local information etc Vipavski Kriz is a unique place, incredibly beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The Villa Irena is ideal for exploring this part of Slovenia- the coastline, the valley and the local culture. The hosts are part of the local community of Ajdovscina and it was an immense pleasure to be their guests. The villa is just as beautiful as in the pictures or even more given the setting of Vipavski Kriz with its heritage and the surrounding nature.

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at House Paola. The accommodation is a small cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The living & dining room is large enough for a relaxing TV evening and for eating in bad weather. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The air conditioning upstairs near the bedrooms was really worth gold at up to 37 degrees in August. The pool, which is exclusive to the property, also offered a wonderful cooling and was also very well maintained. Vedrana is very nice and always helpful. Our kids no longer wanted to separate themselves from Vedrana's lovely dogs. The location is very quiet and you can enjoy the warm summer evenings on the terrace. You can drive to the beach about 10 minutes by car, which was completely fine for us, as we preferred the tranquility in Vinodol to the overcrowded beach resorts.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Beautiful house in an incredible location. So easy to explore the Soca valley from here! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Oton was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a peaceful, beautiful spot to explore the area from.

Quiet place with an amazing view and free parking

The room was excellent for the price because Rjieka has very expensive apartments. The problem was that the roads were very narrow so Google maps was confused and propose is to go to another apartment. We unload all our stuff from our motorcycle and then we realized that we have to load again out stuff to the bike. Of course this is not a problem of the owner of the apartment but can be also happens to you. Also if you like to have a drink to the center it's about 2 kms far away . To go it's easy because the road is downhill. To go back to the apartment if you have drink some alcohol you have to call for a taxi because you have to walk many stairs and a huge road inclination to go back to the apartment. Also the apartment is in the third floor and has no elevator. The parking is super safe so if you have a motorcycleml may be you have to consider this apartment. If you don't like to walk fond something else.

We enjoyed a fantastic week in the wonderful spa apartment. The welcome by Filip was very nice, uncomplicated and everything was explained to us. Fresh flowers, fruit, burning candles and chilled Prosecco made us feel very comfortable immediately. The amenities of the apartment are of very high quality and extensive. Filip was always available for questions and problems. The outdoor area with great pool, hot tub, tennis court and the unique view of Kvaner Bay was really our highlight. A great place to relax. Although there are other apartments in the building, privacy was very important. The owners, who live in the upper area and next door, behaved almost invisibly and also from the apartment below you didn't notice much. We highly recommend the property.

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten track, but you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches by car in no time. The amenities are new and upscale. The pool was also cleaned for half of our stay, and we also regularly used the hot tub and sauna. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. On request, we were also able to check in earlier. All in all a very nice stay in Istria.

We spent 4 very nice days at the villa. This is very modern and is surrounded by other (holiday)villas. The location is quiet and the large property offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Kristina is a great host and was always easily accessible. The communication was very pleasant and we always got answers very quickly. Not only the pool is a highlight. There is also a BBQ, a fireplace and a modern kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and simple but modernly furnished. There is a carport with space for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we had a great time all in all. Also good restaurants are nearby and many attractions. Particularly noteworthy was the good condition of the interior design, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We will be happy to come back.

Great place to stay! Warm welcome and insanely great view! The place was modern and well-equipped and there was nothing missing, even though we were guests for 10 days. It was without exception sparkling clean, fresh and to feel good, as we had never known from any accommodation before!!! Everything was very lovingly designed and new towels were provided after a few days. We also got nice little things like chocolate and delicious, homemade baklava on rainy days, which we were very happy about. The hosts are very friendly and gave us good recommendations for the area. The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Relaxing Vintage Villa Hidden From The View

You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very special flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ever want. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best places I've ever booked. This is such a place you'd rather never leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in Grikvenica on the house beach in 10 minutes where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and explored a lot and it was wonderful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. We had a great stay at Lara’s house. House is nice and cozy and it is even better than in photos. We really like the location and surroundings. There was a lot of snow when we were there and there is a great spot for sledding in backyard. We had so much fun and I would recommend Lara’s house to everyone.

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.
