Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. It was peaceful, calm and relaxed. we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the children never wanted to be out of the pool. We enjoyed fresh eggs and delicious olive oil produced from the olive trees on the grove. During our stay we enjoyed local areas such as Split, Trogir and Marina. We would throughly recommend staying here if you are after a relaxing retreat as a couple or as a family of four. Nikola was accommodating and friendly, as we're his parents nearby. If we are ever back in the area we would happily stay at the ranch again.

Nice little cottage. Our stay was during the Christmas break and the place was adequately warm with fireplace and heaters provided. Highly recommend!

Martin's place was really super nice. The location is great if you want to switch off and still do something from time to time, such as the national park or a boat trip in Zadar. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host who warmly welcomes you with drinks and food. Highly recommended!

We were two families vacationing in Ivica's apartment complex and we had a great time! Clean nice apartments, lovely pool and walking distance to lovely beach. Some steep hills on the way to the beach, but it was not a problem for us. Very nice that there was a small grocery store just below the apartment! Would definitely recommend this place!

I stayed with my son for 4 nights. Everything was fine. We were happy with the cleanliness and disappearance of the apartment. There was probably nothing missing in the kitchen that you would expect. It's possible to see that the host thought about the kitchen and other spaces as if she were a guest. Great praise for this as we have the opposite experience in other places. We communicated with the host's father, Mr. Zoran, who was very helpful. Thank you so much for that. We were completely able to plug into the network and charge our electric car, I offered money for this service, but the host declined. So I am grateful for your willingness and access. The place is very close to the center, where we went to dinner and yet not disturbed by noise. I recommend using this place for your stay. George

The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even surprising us with a delicious welcome cake. They shared plenty of useful tips for exploring the area. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully designed, and I especially loved enjoying breakfast in the lush green garden. The bed was extremely comfortable, and parking was convenient. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance to Trogir and nearby bakeries and restaurants. There’s also a lot to discover on the peninsula, and the nearby islands make for great day trips. I highly recommend staying here!

The place was perfect for us. We spent two wonderful weeks at Marija’s property. The “peninsula” offers plenty of opportunities for those who prefer not to travel too far, yet still want to experience different beaches. We explored both sides of the peninsula's bays by kayaking and swimming. The area is incredibly peaceful, and Marija and Milan's home, with its enchanting garden, is conveniently located near everything in the small village. Larger shops, offering more variety and lower prices, are just a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness and kindness.

I traveled alone. Apartment was also super quiet. Everything new and nice and clean. The places Kali and Preko were the main places on the island . I saw a lot in the 4 days, 3 nights. Everything without a car. You have to be active for this, of course everything is by bike or car. Will return.

A beautiful space to stay. Very clean. A distant view of the water with peaceful spots to sit outside. Comfy bed, great shower. Close to Split airport. Would stay again if I go to Croatia again!

We spend one week in Mirtas villa with our friends (8 peoples). There was enough space for all of us and it was nice that there was possibility to eat inside and outside. Jacuzzi and heated pool were very excellent and we used them a lot. Sunbeds were nice also, you did not have to go beach if you like to lay in sun. The house is very lighted and functional. We used also table tennis and other activities. We did not met Mirta but her husband Vinko was very friendly and helpful, he even brought us two new bikes. Vinkos father have a big car (1+8) and he was driving us where ever we want to go in reasonable prices. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my groups first time visiting the Split area, and we are so grateful to have stayed in Kastela Novi and at this AirBbB! Alec was very responsive to questions ahead of the stay, and Petra was readily available if needed. The location is very close to the airport which is extremely convenient after a long travel day or if leaving very early. Planes do fly ahead but, honestly, you barely notice it. Villa is just as it’s pictured, rooms are comfy and AC was so great given how hot it was. Pool was also fabulous (don’t forget the bug spray!). Most importantly the neighborhood is absolutely charming. We were very grateful to stay here versus in Split proper.

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

Can’t say enough positive things about this house. It was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location could not be beat. It was close enough (about a 25 minute walk) to Trogir that you could easily be near food and shops, but not the packed crowds of Split. We loved the beach across the street, but make sure to bring water shoes because the beach is rocky. We used the paddle board Kaja provided in the sea and had an amazing time in the pool as well. There were three turtles living on the property that my daughter loved. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot summer. I can’t think of anything I would change to improve the place. Well worth the money!

The stay was very nice. It was perfect for a large group and the house and area was very nice. Antonio and his wife are very accommodating and given good travel tips. If you have any questions, both were always easily accessible. We would love to come back.

The family and the kids really enjoyed the stay at the property and created some fond memories. Close walk to the beach and excellent amenities such as pool, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking space etc. Rino was a great host responsive, nice and helpful. Trogir is a charming town that is only a ten minute drive from the property. Will definitely repeat my stay on future trips to Croatia.

Great house and mega good for the price. The landlady was super friendly and easily accessible. The house is a little far from the sea (about 20min by car) but has a large pool. Especially the outdoor area with the big terrace and a big garden with swings, trampoline and table tennis was great. A barbecue is also available, so we actually never had to leave the house except for shopping, because there is only one small shop in the village itself, which is rarely open and only offers the most necessary. Nevertheless, we were able to relax there really well. There are many hiking trails in the area if you want to do something. A really great place to stay and we definitely want to go back.

The stay was really great. We were 9 people and were able to really take advantage of the house. We were warmly welcomed and were able to find a meat plate as well as a sweet dessert. The bathrooms were clean and everything was tidy. For eating, the gas stove worked great and you could decide whether to eat inside or outside. In the game room you could play the billiards or use the Wuzzler. Also some games were already in the box. If you wanted TV, there were also 2 large TVs. In the evening, go back to the hot tub and fire by the fire pit and the evening was perfect. For shopping, you can quickly get to the nearest supermarket by car. Overall, a great villa that is clean, with a great host. Gladly again at this fair price! Thanks!
