What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

Enrica proved to be an exquisite person. She was welcoming and available for all requests. She was interested in my travel difficulties with kind participation. Available at all times. The house is very clean, cozy, well furnished, very nice and equipped with everything. Surely, if necessary, I will repeat the experience. I highly recommend it. I forgot to mention that it is located in the center of the city and very close to the train station.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

We had a very good time in the house (with pool and hottub). It is a 30 minutes drive by car from the city center, but because of that it is very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house! Thanks!!

A really nice stay and a lovely little town ♡

This is something we will never forget. We booked Christian’s place for our honeymoon road trip through Italy and before check-in we stopped at Bagnoregio, which is called the dying city, but we got rained out. And driving to Christian’s place we had no idea what to expect and honestly the village of Calcata made the rained out bagnoregio feel like nothing was lost. From Christian being extremely flexible and responsive to Valentina greeting us and answering all of our questions about her beautiful community this was the most incredible stay ever, best sleep we ever had and the most unforgettable experience. Book this house you won’t regret it.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Vallelunga Motodrome. The apartment is modern and very newly equipped. You have everything you need - great kitchen, air conditioning and much more - free parking on site. Alessandra is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are super easy. We have already been to their apartment for the 2nd time and highly recommend it to anyone who has an event at the racetrack in Vallelunga. Happily again!

First, Orvieto is a beautiful town with some breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, lots of history and things to see and do. Lucia has recently done a complete restoration of her apartment. Everything you could need is there and more. This is an emaculate property in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here next time in Orvieto.

Andrea is a very friendly and generous host, and it was a lovely stay in Bagnaia. I would recommend having a car; Bagnaia is not as well-connected to public transit as Google Maps suggests it is.

We'll be back in Macchie, perfect and familiar accommodation. The hosts are impeccable and courteous. We only stayed for two nights. Too few. To be repeated, perhaps with the colors of autumn.

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx

Roberto was very friendly and helpful, we will be happy to stay in his apartment. We had a 2+2 family there, the most important thing for us was that it was clean and not too hot (stay in August). The kids had fun playing in the garden. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, and the climatic town. Recommended! Greetings to Roberto and Pedro :)

My husband and I stayed in Paolo & Patty's apartment for two nights at the end of November. The apartment is very comfortable, in a super - central location and this has allowed us to make the most of the time available. The historic center of Orvieto is a real gem, full of local art and culture in every corner; to complete the experience, the abundance and the variety of places to eat, some suggested by our hosts. Paolo & Patty's hospitality and availability were impeccable and reflected in the warmth of their home: bright, spacious and comfortable, it has the value of an old house and the practicality of functional decor.
