Most peaceful and beautiful place we've been to in Europe, where we could fully enjoy the serene atmosphere. The view is surreal, it looks like a Windows wallpaper. Our room was very practical as well, since we could live autonomously with the little kitchenette. There is also a fully equipped communal kitchen. Cherry on the cake, Mara and her son Mijo were so kind to us! They didn't hesitate to share useful info and insights about the region. We felt considered! Thank you very much 🙏🏻 we hope to have the chance to come back

Amazing! 5 stars all around. Goran is responsive and flexible. He was very kind with some schedule changes I had. The apartment is perfect for a family. Kitchen is well stocked. I cook all my meals and it was perfect. The stove has a mind of it's own. If its wet it will turn itself off. Not a problem just surprised me when I was cooking. The apartment is up three flights of stairs.... remember that if you check in here. It's a bit confusing from the street but it is the building facing the street and on the top floor. The apartment is in a great location. A mile from old town. A mile to Lapad..... I really recommend going and hiking around. Dubrovnik is such an easy town to walk.

Filip's room was as described and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Some lovely additional touches such as home-made sweets and sparkling water were much appreciated. Set back between the seafront promenade and the main street - the location is very peaceful and only a 15 minute walk to the Herceg Novi Old Town. Filip's directions to find the accommodation from the main street were very helpful - and his father very kindly met me at the gate to show me the way which might have been otherwise a little confusing! Filip confirmed our booking and got in touch very swiftly. He also very kindly helped us with an airport transfer service recommendation that made crossing the Croatian border relaxing and easy (and was the nicest taxi service we experienced in Montenegro). Soap, shower gel and spare toiletry minis were available - which was helpful since we accidentally left ours in the last place! Another thoughtful touch which made our stay seamless.

My daughter and I had an amazing time in Dubrovnik staying at Irena's Happy Home. Everything from arrival to check out was great. Irena arranged for us to be collected from the airport and very kindly let us have an early check in. Irena knows Dubrovnik very well and is passionate about her guests having a great time. We were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and Irena gave us some fantastic recommendations. Happy Home is in a great location within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the beautiful local beach where the water is crystal clear! Inside the apartment is so clean and well decorated. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the outside space and enjoyed looking for the little turtles in the garden! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to be visiting Dubrovnik! Thank you Irena, you are a fantastic host and we enjoyed our time at Happy Home. We can't wait to return!

It was in a beautiful location. Walking distance to Old Town is 15-20 min. I will definitely prefer Ado if it is available the next time I visit. The house was very clean and as shown. There was nothing missing. Ado was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Katica’s. Felt just like home. She offered us some home grown fruits and recommended us great places. If I wanted to nitpick I could say the bathroom was small which might create some inconvenience for a larger person. All in all it was a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful beautiful stay! My full family stayed here (8 people including kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless clean and the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very quick and patient in responding to any questions. The location is very good, near Lapad beach. Need to take a bus to the old town, but this was perfect for us since we enjoyed the beautiful promenade and beach near the stay on the days we didn't go to the old town. I would recommend this place to everyone and we thought it was a steal at the price we got :)

This was a great stay - the house is huge (plenty of room for two families) and the pictures are a true representation. Milos was exceptionally responsive and communicated really helpfully and clearly. The house is walking distance to Old Kotor town - but it is a good 25 mins walk. Great views along the way although the road is narrow and some local drivers terrifying. The only mildly negative points is that it did feel like we were staying after the house had been through a long and busy season. Hopefully it can be given a deep clean and some maintenance in the winter months. Overall, highly recommended.

Blaz - thank you for your fab communication and local recommendations and for letting us check in early after a long night travelling. Veselko - Such a kind and generous man, he brought us fresh fruit, wine and even cakes! The place is absolutely stunning with the most amazing view, beds were comfy, the pool was a highlight (and was cleaned most days!). We definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Mlini / Dubrovnik - one thing worth noting is the property is on a very steep hill which is fine to walk down but definitely not up especially in the heat so just make sure you have the Uber app (Ubers are super regular and cheap so did not bother us at all!)

Beautiful view and great for the price. ~10 minutes to ferry and ~15 minutes to Herceg Novi by car.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, the space was beautifully decorated, the attention to detail was amazing for each themed room, they were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kristina is very friendly, proactive and responsive as a host. The pool area was lovely and a chilled beer was a great welcome as well as all the recommendations.

Everything went well and we had a great week at Niko’s place! The pool area was nice and everything was very well taken care of. We can totally recommend!

The view of the Adriatic Sea is amazing from this place. Waking up to amazing views felt like a dream. The private pool is a great bonus. The home is very clean. Emily is very welcoming and attentive. Made our stay smooth from check in to check out. I couldn't ask for a better place for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect and the unit is perfect, and Hrvoje (Ivona's husband) was unbelievably helpful. He was in contact from well before we arrived, sending us a substantial list of favorite restaurants and other activities well in advance so we could plan and book. The day of, he made sure he knew how we were arriving so he could be maximally helpful and make sure he was here to greet us. When we were here, he told us about special events happening that weekend and left us materials about them. And when we realized that we didn't have swim gear, he lent us some! (And he told us which restaurant delivers poolside ... which we took advantage of!) If we come back to Dubrovnik, this is where we'll stay.

We booked this villa for six guys who were going on a stag in Dubrovnik. I would highly recommend booking this villa if you are looking to explore Dubrovnik. The host, Vesna, and her husband, Vlaho, were very welcoming when we arrived with refreshments and showing us around their villa. Vesna was very helpful with information about getting to Dubrovnik, their favourite restaurants and memorable experiences. Vesna arranged transport from the airport to the villa as well as contacting a pizzeria for us when we were unable to communicate with the pizzeria over the phone. The villa is mesmerising and the surrounding views are a sight to behold. There is a nearby, rocky beach less than 5 minute walk away. The villa is only 13-15 minutes via Uber, which is reasonably priced, to Dubrovnik. I would like to thank Vesna,and Vlaho, for letting us stay at their beautiful villa; as well as all of their help over the weekend we stayed.

The apartment was very nice. Beautiful view from the terrace. Short walk to market, restaurants and bus stop. Lots of steps so good shoes needed! The host, Petra, was really sweet, helped and took good care of us. She answered always quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and host!

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!

We booked this plus the adjoining property for a large family holiday. We really loved both houses, the setting was superb with gorgeous views across the bay. Perfectly located for Kotor (if you have a car - the walk is approx 30 minutes and involves watching carefully for cars sharing the narrow road with you). The houses are very well appointed inside, and the terrace/jetty is a real winner. We were blessed with great weather for late Oct/early Nov and could swim in the bay in front of the house. The host also provided paddle boards, with kayaks available for rent nearby. There is also a mini market a couple of mins' walk away. Nothing but praise for the hosts, who communicated promptly and patiently answered all our questions.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

An absolute gem of a property in a perfect location. We loved being a little out of town but easily walkable with our 2 children, as it gave for better views and a more tranquil stay. We found the property spacious and suited our needs for a short stay. It's a short walk from a great little supermarket and most restaurants are walkable too. The highlight was walking up and looking at the cruise ships sail past with a cup of coffee out on the waterfront. Darko is a superb host that has customer experience nailed. We had a couple of issues with the property but Darko was super quick to respond and rectify where he could. I'd highly recommend him and the property for a stay in Kotor.

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

This apartment and its setting was truly heaven. Watching the cruise ships and boats pass in and out of Kotor bay both day and night was a feast for the eyes. The apartment was a home from home with everything and more you needed to prepare meals. It was within walking distance to restaurants shops supermarkets and the old town of Herceg Novi. The host responded quickly to any queries we had and gave us loads of useful information. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Montenegro.
