The bunk beds made it a nice option for traveling with kids. Well located and private parking in the garage near elevator. Security was very helpful and nice.

We loved our stay! We have stayed in the complex before and loved the location, proximity to beach, and the features of the community. I can honestly say we liked this unit even more than the last stay. The unit was more updated and we also appreciated how well the kitchen and everything was stocked. Overall I highly recommend booking here!

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

Amazing resort experience while having plenty of space and a kitchen! The two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were wonderful with a teenager. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and enjoyed grilling out a few meals on the super clean gas grills.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

The unit had an up to date kitchen that was very well equipped. The ocean and sunset views were amazing and the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The other rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

We came to Roy and Stella’s place 3 years ago, since then we always wanted to come back! It’s a magical place, fantastic view, diverse weather, so close to the nature! Lots of plants, trees thoughtfully planted around the house, many hummingbirds and other birds came to the feeder, unbelievable sunset everyday, we like to take a private and quite walk after sunset then soak in the hot tub to stare at the valley or stargazing. Kitchen has everything we need, we usually eat on the deck with very colorful plates. We took the private mile long trail as well, its well maintained especially considering its a private trail with limited foot traffic. During the day i like to sit on the deck (plenty of shade) and experience the breeze from the valley. A few times fogs came all the way in, if thats the case morning is gorgeous at sunrise, the mountain will gradually shows up when fog subsides. The water fountain runs during the day, it’s so tranquil, time stops. A superb experience!

We’re enjoyed a wonderful stay at Paul’s place, it was very relaxing! Beautiful surroundings, and walkable to the beach and Harbor. It was perfect for staying in Oceanside while visiting our daughter, and enjoying the fireplace and spacious family room for cozy evenings. Paul was very responsive, and very clear with communication. We look forward to staying again soon!!

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

This is our second time back here and we will be back again, this has everything you need for a stay in O-side !

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. Thank you Diana for the excellent communication and customer service!

Beautiful views, clean, and convenient location. Restaurants were walking distance.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

Sharon is a great host. She was always watchful that we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. House is amazing. Pictures dont fully describe how beautiful the house is. Full kitchen utensils. Bedrooms, Bathroom, everything complete like if you were home. Amazing outdoor area to excercise, spend time at the pool, jacuzzi, even working/reading. Great bbq area, awesome grill. Lots of pool and beach toys! Dont think twice about renting this place! Cant wait to go back next holidays.

Perfect for young family of 4. Drake had everything you would need for a toddler and baby. Really felt like home away from home. Even had a baby gate. Highly recommend for any families with young children!

Overall We enjoyed our stay at this house. Gorgeous views and surroundings provide panoramic views in the house. Pros; Main living room, dining area and TV room downstairs are nice to hangout with views and pretty much anything you need. There is also a piano if you know how to play. Fireplace in living room made the space cozy and pleasant to hangout. Pool and Jacuzzi were our favorite, easy to communicate with host to make them warm during our stay. Cons; - Bedrooms are upstairs and they are clean but basic, master bedroom has two twin size beds which was a bit small for our family of four. There wasn’t also any nightstand next to bed to put your phone or belongings on while sleeping. - Bath tub/shower combo is typically not my favorite but they were okay. - There wasn’t any spices in kitchen, not even salt or pepper if you’re planning to cook during your stay. We had to go shopping to get basic spices. - the guesthouse is occupied so the main entry is shared.

We had an excellent stay at Zeina and Mo’s property! It looked just as listed. The property had plenty to offer our big group. We enjoyed the pool, the game room and the spacious kitchen. The Christmas tree at the entrance was also a nice touch since my family was there to celebrate our annual Christmas gathering. It was perfect for our festive pictures! The hosts were also very responsive throughout our whole stay which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this property to any family looking to spend quality time in one place.

Great location! The checkin process was smooth, however the garage key couldn’t work at that time. The rooms are clean but in the bathroom we smelled some cigarettes smoke, but we are not sure if it is coming from the neighbors. Overall a great stay in San Marco, Kim was quick with response and welcoming. :)

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

Family escape was such a fun stay! Great home base for Legoland and the Safari Park. The hot tub and pool (heated for a fee) were amazing and we put the pool toys and floaties to good use. The entire backyard looked and felt like a private resort, with mini golf, soccer/volley ball, lounges, conversation pits, and a grill and bar area. The games and arcade kept everyone entertained. The kitchen met our basic needs as we enjoyed local takeout. We were grateful for the host provided laundry supplies and clear instructions and communication about how to use keep the pool and hot tub heated for our winter visit. The host was immediately responsive and sent someone to fix the spa when we couldn't work the lights and jets the first day. We had no other problems all week!

Our high school class 1977 celebration of being blessed @ 65 at this property was just super ! House & amenities were great!! We all loved it! Sunset at the balcony ..wow!! Karaoke at the family room ..yeah!! Boodle fight poolside ..sweet!! Gathering at the breakfast nook .. pulling in more chairs .. hanging out til wee hours .. grand!!! Oh a little ping pong tourney & swim lessons… walk to the beach .. shopped ..& Stella’s ice cream.. and a little church time too! Enjoyed the place so much we didn’t care to dine out… cooked away our fave dishes we enjoyed at a well appointed dining room! There maybe little quirks .. but nothing we could not handle or was resolved thru great communication !!! Yeah.. wishing we can be back next year… ❤️ Aggie
