Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

Perfect location close to IE business school, where I needed to study. The photos don’t really show how beautiful and comfortable the studio apartment is. As someone from NY, this was plenty of space for me and met all of my needs. Strong WiFi, comfortable bed, quiet place, a balcony, and plenty of closet space. I felt right at home, which enabled me to do my best while in the throes of intense, rigorous studying. The host was very gracious and excellent with communication, easy check in, and no problems. We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The house is as described and seen in the listing, very comfortable, very easy to get to and in a beautiful area, we had the heating set upon arrival which was very grateful, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It's a large house ideal for families. We would do it again without any hesitation.

Juan was very quick in responding to any messages. He sent us all the necessary information regarding check in. The house was clean and tidy and has absolutely everything you need. I travelled with my mum, my son and my niece .. we had extra pillows and bedding left and also asked for a late check out which was very kindly granted. The location is great , not even a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro … brilliant thank you Juan x

All information received facilitated the arrival and process of stay. We had a pleasant and hassle-free stay although we would like to influence the amount of blankets available and their location for the stay. In total computation of the blankets available we had no problems, yes.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Liron was such a good host - provided great recommendations, super easy to communicate with and very flexible accommodating our check-in! The place is in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to a ton of stuff, definitely recommend!
