Everything about this home was perfect for our family of four that loves the Bay. Peaceful, amazing views, well stocked, comfortable, private pier with kayaks, a zillion movie and game choices, close to NNK towns. The hot tub was a bonus. By the end of the weekend we wanted to move in! And the next door pup Bella was the sweetest. Thank you, we will be back for sure!

Responsive and communicative via AirBnb app. Open to small changes we had to make. Beautiful house and wonderful neighborhood. Everything as described and reasonable price. Truly provided the BnB part of AirBnb with linens, cleaning/cooking supplies, and bathroom supplies. Very scenic. The pictures don't do it justice when it comes to the proximity of the dock. It is right outside the window of the master bedroom.

Sarah was an amazing host and her house is gorgeous! Right on the lake and even had toys for our 1 year old to play with. Can’t recommend staying here enough and we will be back!

I stayed at Meg's beautiful home with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend in Deltaville, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay during such a special time. Meg was so kind and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and detailed instructions for the house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and her hospitality made my wedding weekend even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Meg!

We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

We stayed the week of New Year's day and found Joyce and Eric's home to be a perfect distance from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Additionally, we enjoyed the view and serenity of the lake to take the edge off from the crowded parks. It is a perfect retreat for relaxation and I was able to take so many landscape and nature pictures. There are 2 docks and a great assortment of kayaks to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place for any season of the year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, the space was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. Can only highly recommend Anne’s spot. It would be our pleasure to visit again in the future.

The cutest little cottage! We stayed less than 24 hours since we attended a wedding in the area but it was perfect for what we needed for the night. Taby was super responsive and friendly. Wedding was early so Taby was very accommodating to let us check in early to get ready and head out! Definitely will stay again if visiting the area! :)

This was my second stay at Renee’s cottage. It was as peaceful as I remembered. My husband and I had such a relaxing time, walking the dog and enjoying the wildlife, lounging in the overstuffed couches, and drinking our coffee on the screened in porch. One of our favorite places to stay.

Want to get away? This retreat defines that. I am assuming for the winter months, only a handful of people are here. The dock and water were inviting but chilly for February. We brought all our food so we just chilled and took a long walk along the roads. This is the place to read a book, clear your minds, just unwind.

A.J. And Lindsey’s place was beautiful. The place was just as described in picture’s. We were looking to disconnect and we got just that. We loved the decks, the fire pit was a super plus, the furniture was carefully selected and well placed. Another big one was that I didn’t have to remember my password for Netflix! We were able to take a lovely hike at Westmoreland state park with our dear furry son combining a couple of them got to experience trees and fossil beach. Overall a wonderful experience and would certainly recommend their place. Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect location to unplug and unwind. Stylish modern cabin with great amenities. We recommend to kayak, get coffee at the local, lunch at the office (across the street from the coffee shop), sandpiper and merrior tasting room (key lime pie was absolutely heaven) for dinner. Definitely go to the market and get a dozen of fresh local Rappahannock oysters and shuck them to really enjoy the taste of the little oyster island.

The Little Cottage on the Creek was absolutely charming! It was a five minute walk to the town center. An Irish pub with great food was an eight minute walk. In the morning, we bought cinnamon rolls at the bakery in town and returned to eat them by the peaceful water in front of the cottage--so quiet and relaxing. If we were Between the Waters bicyclists, registration and start/end point was a five minute ride away-- very convenient location. A wonderful and truly memorable stay.

We enjoyed a lovely private weekend getaway at this cabin right along the Shenandoah. It was winter so 4WD was a must on the hilly roads. Cabin was clean, amenities were as described in the description! Grill and hot tub were in great condition even in the cold weather. Water in the shower/sink smelled/tasted a little of sulfur, so we bought our own supply for drinking. Overall, great stay and would happily stay again!

We had an awesome time at this cabin. I was blown away by the attention to detail that was put into everything. Everything you could need is provided and it really feels like home in no time. Then it goes beyond that because it has all these amazing additional stuff like the hot tub and a fire pit. It has grill with propane and all the kitchen tools and utensils you might need. Really comfy bed and couches. SmartTV and a binder with just about any DVD you might want to watch. It's 30 seconds from this nice river and there are kayaks and a canoe if you want to take advantage of that. 30 minutes from Masenhutten resort (skiing, indoor waterpark, tons of other stuff). It was very clean and well kept. Rule is you can't have a party there but we broke that rule from the first second cuz we had a blast the whole time! (Dont worry, we didn't have an actual party.)

We really enjoyed The Pickle cabin. It was all we needed for a peaceful night with our pup. It's out in the country and we loved the quiet.

This was our family's second time here. It's hard to find a place that can accommodate a large group, including a couple seniors with special needs and two young kids. We were lucky to have snow, so had a great time playing in the very large backyard. The kitchen is well stocked, so did all our own cooking and we barely had to leave the house. We hope to be back again soon!

Had a great stay even with a lot of rain. Very peaceful. Rhonda and Jeff are GREAT!!!

Caleb and family, we will be back. our oldest Daughter works outside Smithfield in the Horse industry and this was a perfect spot for is to have a great Thanksgiving holiday getaway!

I stayed here with my son for an extended weekend, mostly just to escape the chaos of life for a few days. The cabin is beautiful and I have nothing negative to say about the experience. I will definitely come back to this place when I need to escape life again! And, when I did have questions, Amelia was very quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here!
