Waterfront vacation rentals in Virgin River

Briannas apartment couldn't be any closer to the lifts, and it is located right between the two skiing areas in Brian Head. Two restaurants and a small convenience store are within walking distance. The apartment is small but was perfect for my daughter and me, who were staying for four days of snowboarding.

Always enjoy staying at Cristian and Marianas units. Great communication place was clean and amazing as always. Easy check in and out. No complaints what so ever.

Great place for a family stay in Vegas!! Pros: It is close to everything but also far enough that you can have some peace. The heated pool and hot tub were great, even though we were there in January. 40 minutes to the Hoover Dam 20 minutes to the Strip 10 minutes to Walmart/McDonalds/etc. Grocery stores and gas nearby, so it is an affordable option to eat at the place. Beautiful lake with nice walking paths. Very close to little shops and restaurants. The home is clean, comfortable. First floor, which is nice. Parking was easy and secure. (garage) Con: Laundry facilities are available (yay!) but paid only and down the hall. Neither pro nor con: You will need a car. So rent or Uber. Very minimal shampoo. Be sure to bring your own or plan to purchase.

The location was great for visiting the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. It was close enough to visit downtown Vegas but far enough away to be peaceful. Communication was great and the recommendations for local places were helpful.

This is our second time renting from Cristian and Mariana. We have had a great experience both times! We loved the pool, the peaceful atmosphere, and the comfortable and safe feeling of the area. We brought another couple with us this time, and it was so fun to show them around. We rented a car and went to the strip twice and Fremont street once, but I think we would all agree that we enjoyed our time at our place the most! By the third day we were saying, "It's good to be home!" Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

If you want to avoid the Springdale crowds, this is an ideal place to stay. It's a beautiful and serene setting with a breathtaking view. This was our third visit to Zion and by far, our best. It's worth the short drive to the main part of the park and by staying outside the park, you'll explore the other areas of Zion worth visiting. Cheryl's house is very comfortable with a fully-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The bathroom is clean and updated. The view of from the bedroom in the morning is incredible. There's a beautiful walk out back to the Virgin River that will be all your own. This is a great place. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great time. The house has been updated nicely, spacious and comfortable for our family of 8. The back yard was so comfortable and nice to sit out and eat dinner and play in pool. The back is off a main road so their are high traffic times and the pool is not heated but we still jumped in and had a wonderful time! It's about 20-30 minutes to the strip so if you don't have a car might not be for you but there are still many restaurants, stores, small casinos and parks near by. 5 out of 5 stars. Tom and Mei were very responsive and welcoming.

WOW!!! The view is no joke. The chef's Kitchen is a huge plus - all the bells and whistles should you want to enjoy a meal at home. We stopped for groceries about an hour away as there is limited options nearby. About a 45 min drive to Bryce Canyon. Overall would definitely come back and recommend.

You pass a lot of other housing options when you're driving around the area and I was always really glad we were staying here instead. It was nice to be away from the crowds in Springdale but it still felt like everything was accessible. We enjoyed using the kitchen, parking was easy, and it felt very private. Lovely

Loved the decor.... very boho chic. location is great, super easy to get to the strip in under 10 minutes. A group of us were in town for a convention and it was really perfect to have somewhere to escape back to after averaging 12 miles of walking in 6 hours. Spacious enough for our group of 7 and no one had to fight over bathrooms or showers. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and the house is located in a place that everywhere delivered to us. I will definitely be staying at this or one of Jesse's other houses on my next trip out. Thanks for the stay!

This was the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious and better than pictured! The layout was perfect for a big group and was perfectly located to the city. Would 100% book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this location for a family reunion of 18 people ranging from three-year-olds to over 70. Space worked out beautifully and had plenty of bathrooms and showers which of course are very much in need after pool time and time in the lagoon. There was so much to do at the property and location, walking to Pickleball, having evenings in the pool, and days in the lagoon, was definitely a resort vibe I would highly recommend this location and Ember Stay is a wonderful host. Very proactive and communicative, and check out was an absolute breeze. Hope to come back to this fabulous property again.

Amazing property! The home looks just like the photos and is in pristine condition. Well stocked kitchen including spices which is always much appreciated. Loved cooking on the huge Thermador range! Every room is an en-suite, so was comfortable for each party. Loved the backyard. The pool and hot tub heat up quick which was great because we ended up there on a week that was chilly. There's a great grill, corn hole boards, and a gas fire table. Also enjoyed the sound system throughout the house. Will def go back and stay in this property!

Tim was really helpful in guiding us to find the house and his response was prompt every time we had any questions. Stay was really good and it is a 10 min drive to strip which made our lives easier.

In this crowded market of properties everyone seems to want to out do each and for us that are renters we are the beneficiaries of some really cool things the owners are doing for us! I say that to say this.. for me it’s the little barely seen touch that sent me over the roof. What is it you ask? It was extremely hot for checkin and upon entering the home, yes it had AC and it was on but when opening the fridge there was a Brita Water container that was full of THE COLDEST WATER EVER!!! Well done Stephanie, life just improved 2000% That’s it…. Simplicity at its finest!

The only issue we had was the door kept jamming on us making it extremely difficult to open and close the entry/exit door. Also, the pool amenities were close so we had to use the one at the Aria. The gym at Vdara was sub par and crowded. It was nice we were able to use the gym and pool at the Aria which is a sister property. Those amenities were both great. Gym was very nice and spacious. In all, very nice and quiet space. Usually you could hear doors opening and slamming in hotels along with people shouting. We heard zero noise. Just wished it was closer to everything else. Great stat though and good price. Would definitely do it again. Just please fix that door.

We felt right at home at Phoebes place. Her place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Her place was close to everything in town. Would definitely stay again!

My friend, mom, and I stayed at Lil Italy for 2 nights. The pictures and description do not do the condo justice! When we arrived, it was in perfect condition. No smells and it was spotless. When we first opened the door, we gasped at the spectacular view of the pool, mountains, and lake! I much prefer this vibe over the strip any day! Everything was considered to make this stay magical; from the pillows, to the beds, down to the toilet paper. Everything was just so comfortable clean. I take my own pillow everywhere I stay and I did not use it once because their pillows were so comfy. I just cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful - we will be back!

Definitely would stay here again. Went for snowboarding trip but might consider this place for a summer trip too!

We had a great stay at Desert Color. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy to access. It was also within close walking distance to the lagoon, pool, and pickleball courts. Definitely recommend!

Overall stay was fantastic. Great location and nice balcony view. Clean and great vibe within the space. Quiet and close to everything you need in lake Las Vegas. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
