Very well located apartment, quiet neighborhood, is a complex with 32 apartment towers, but very well organized and quiet. The apartment is on the third floor and does not have an elevator, but it is super quiet the flights of stairs, silent neighbors and when necessary contact have always been helpful and gentle. I highly recommend it!

The place of Monalisa reflects exactly the advertisement. The apartment is simple but it has met our needs. The condominium is great and we feel safe there. I sure favored the place for when you return to the city

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

The apartment is very cozy, with air-conditioning in the living room and a fan in all the bedrooms. The kitchen is very large and the bathroom is also large. Very comfortable apartment.

We very much like our lodging at the apê de Waltencir, it fulfilled everything we need on this trip. The check-in and check-out rules perfectly covered what we needed. Nice location, quiet place. There are some restaurants and bakery nearby, for those who need to go out close to eat is good. Beyond is close to bus stops and downtown which allows cheap and fast uber trips. For sure when I return to Campinas, I will stay in the same place!

The very tasty apartment, all extremely clean, and very quiet to sleep. Next to the condominium there is a trailer that sells great snacks. Rafaela was extremely friendly, she quickly responded to the messages and gave tips from the surrounding area. I definitely recommend it and I'll be staying again when I'm in the area!
